Situated close to the main road, the area boasts 2 to 3 bus stops, ensuring easy access to major city destinations. Online delivery services guarantee swift receipt of food and grocery items within 10 minutes of ordering, while e-commerce giants like Flipkart and Amazon efficiently deliver. An active owners association promptly addresses residents' concerns, ensuring a smooth living experience. Skilled professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters are readily available throughout society, ensuring swift resolution of any maintenance issues. Moreover, residents enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply. The society offers a range of amenities, including a well-maintained swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, along with adequate parking options for both residents and visitors.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society maintains a good standard, with only a few minor issues such as problems with construction quality in some older buildings. However, residents may find the monthly maintenance charges on the higher side, and it's worth noting that the clubhouse comes with an additional fee. Addressing these concerns could further enhance the living experience for all residents.

The water facility here is really efficient; we've got a reliable water supply all day long, which makes it super convenient for all our household needs. Plus, there are plenty of cabs and autos nearby, which adds to the overall convenience. Public transportation is also easily accessible within just a 300-meter radius, making it even easier to get around. And inside the society, there are tons of amenities to enjoy � from a swimming pool and clubhouse to a gym, table tennis, kids play area, and indoor games area, there's something for everyone. Schools and shops are also just a quick 2-kilometer trip away for any emergencies or other needs. Overall, the maintenance of the society is top-notch; they really keep the common areas and amenities in great shape, ensuring a pleasant living environment for everyone.
Things need improvement
While schools are available, they're located quite far from the society, about 3-4 kilometers away, which could be inconvenient for residents. However, management expenses in the society are reasonable. Parking availability, though, isn't consistent.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Power backup is reliable in the society, and we can celebrate various festivals like Ugadi, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Navaratri. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. In the clubhouse, we can organize small parties. Water facilities are very good compared to other apartments, and power backup is also available in the society. The greenery of the society is very good and enhances the outside area of the society.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are available but are quite far from the society, around 3 kilometers from the city, which is very inconvenient. The metros are also a considerable distance away, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. Additionally, the roads inside the society are not good, making it very inconvenient.

Ample and well-maintained greenery adds to the aesthetic appeal. The buildings in the society are free from issues like seepage or leakage, indicating good construction quality and regular maintenance. Association services are excellent, contributing to the smooth functioning of the community. Reliable water facilities are available round-the-clock, along with power backup for uninterrupted services.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 5000 rupees. However, there are no visitor parking spaces in the society. Lift maintenance is subpar, leading to occasional breakdowns. Hospitals are accessible but are located a bit far from the society, around 4-5 kilometers away.

Good things here
The location of the society is really great. It's spacious, and the people are super friendly and respectful, making it a really good community to be a part of. Water availability is consistent 24/7, and there's power backup available too. Garbage collection is really good here; they even collect wet and dry waste separately. We've got plenty of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and other facilities, and they're all really well-maintained. Plus, people are really friendly and sociable in the community. There are also lots of open spaces and play areas for kids in the society, which is awesome. And schools and other necessities are conveniently located nearby, which just adds to the convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus stops located around 1-2 kilometers away from the society. Maintenance charges are expected in the society, and parking is conveniently available within the society.

I moved out of this society around a year ago. At that time, the community boasted well-maintained amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, and indoor games facilities, all surrounded by lush greenery maintained to high hygiene standards. There were no water supply issues, and the society had reliable power backup facilities, all with reasonable maintenance charges. Additionally, the society is conveniently situated near schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, all within a 1km radius. Furthermore, the residents of this community are kind-hearted, and there is a strong sense of familial unity among everyone.
Things need improvement
I left this neighborhood about a year back. Back then, the buildings seemed okay in terms of construction quality, but they were starting to show their age, which wasn't great.

The spacious parking area adds to the convenience, though it's worth noting that it's limited. Residents here are exceptionally friendly and approachable. Additionally, the proximity to a nearby metro station, about 500 meters away, enhances accessibility. Cleaning standards are excellent, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. Overall, the ambiance of the society is very welcoming and refined.

The maintenance charges are reasonable, but there are occasional expenses within the society. However, the quality of roads inside the society leaves much to be desired, with some potholes causing inconvenience.

Dialing emergency services is straightforward and quick in this area. Hospitals are available within a 1-kilometer radius, along with other facilities like groceries and schools. Construction quality is excellent; there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are around 6500 rupees, which is considered reasonable. Parking area is well-constructed in the society. However, there is a lot of traffic issues nearby, making it inconvenient for residents.

There's a ton of amenities here, from a swimming pool and clubhouse to a gym, table tennis, kids play area, and indoor games, all kept in great shape and easy to get to within the society. The management really keeps things running smoothly. We've got water facilities up and running 24/7, plus backup power available when we need it. And there are plenty of spots for events and get-togethers, which adds to the lively vibe of the community. Plus, the landscaping and greenery around here are really well taken care of, making it a nice place to be.
Things need improvement
Having lots of greenery outside every residence is really nice, but yeah, it does mean there's some regular maintenance involved. Overall, the maintenance is pretty good, although there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to areas that sometimes get delayed in getting attention.

Maintenance charges are considered expensive in the society. Roads are mostly in poor condition outside the society. Security is not satisfactory; there are concerns about security in the society. Additionally, there are fewer celebrations of festivals in the society.
