My apartment in Shanti Gulmohar is quite spacious and it is safe and provides facilities to meet the daily needs of the residents. However, the overflowing sewage is causing pollution in the locality.

Shanti Gulmohar is located near Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway, Sardar Patel Road and Chamiers Road providing sound connectivity to the locale. The Indira Nagar Railway station is also nearby. However, waterlogging is an issue.

Shanti Gulmohar has all the features to offer style and comfort to the residents. It provides enough space to accommodate families comfortably. There are some amenities to fulfil the residential needs of the occupants

I think Shanti Gulmohar is a very good locality with easy access to public transport and other facilities such as hospitals, schools, markets and so on. I have never experienced issues like power cuts.
