I'm pleased to hear that cleanliness and hygiene standards are well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Furthermore, the high construction quality of our buildings, coupled with the absence of issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, reflects positively on the maintenance standards. The provision of additional facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids enhances the quality of life within the society, offering recreational opportunities for residents of all ages. Lastly, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community and belonging, making our society a welcoming place to call home.
Things need improvement
The absence of nearby malls may inconvenience residents who rely on such facilities for shopping and entertainment. Additionally, maintenance issues with essential amenities like CCTV cameras, elevators, and security guards can compromise safety and security within the community.

Additionally, the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards enhances the safety of our community. We take pride in our vibrant community spirit, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. Moreover, our society welcomes pets, fostering a pet-friendly environment. Furthermore, we are fortunate to have a range of facilities within the society premises, including a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, nearby grocery stores and markets are not readily accessible from our society for which we have to rely on online delivery apps or have to travel far for grocery items

In our society, we have lots of good things to make life easier and more fun. Our buildings are made really well, so there's no water leaking or bugs. They've got good air flow too, and the walls are done nicely. Plus, we keep them looking fresh with a new coat of paint when needed. But wait, there's more! We've got cool stuff like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse where you can hang out and have fun. And getting around is super easy with buses, autos, and cabs nearby, and the roads are in good shape. Need to grab some groceries or see a doctor? No problem, we've got schools, hospitals, and markets close by. Parking is a breeze with a spot for everyone, and we always make sure to follow the rules. Safety is a big deal too, with cameras and security guards watching out for us day and night. But the best part? Our neighbors are really nice and always ready to lend a hand. We keep things clean with regular garbage pickup, making sure to separate the wet and dry stuff. So yeah, living here is pretty great. It's not just a place to live, it's a community where everyone looks out for each other and has a good time together.

While there's a lot to like about our society, there are a couple of things that could be better. First off, there's a railway crossing nearby, which sometimes slows down cabs trying to reach us. Also, our power backup only works for the common areas and lifts, which can be a hassle during outages. Each resident benefits from designated parking, with community rules diligently followed. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we enjoy reliable uninterrupted electricity and water supply. There are no issues with seepage or termites, and the apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Additionally, we have a gym available for residents' use. Our neighborhood is exceptional, with very nice and friendly neighbors who make it a joy to celebrate each festival together. Security is top-notch, with CCTV cameras and security guards ensuring our safety.
Things need improvement
There are a few areas where our society could improve. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) has not yet been established, which limits the coordination and maintenance of common areas. While we do have amenities, they are not properly maintained, which diminishes their usability. The gym, although available, is not kept in good condition, making it less appealing for regular use. These issues need attention to enhance the overall living experience and maintain the high standards we aim for in our community.

Society was build with high quality of material,no leakage and seepage issues inside the units.there was no water logging and traffic jam issues around the society.Allocated parking for owners and visitors.

All the modern amenities were there in the society but there was no swimming pool in the society.

There's a good connectivity of the society, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is also nearby the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is appropriate for living. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Fire estinguishers are available and time to time maintainance is also done. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional.
Things need improvement
Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. The road quality is not good around the society for which major traffic issues and water logging issues are faced a lot specially during rainy season. The roads are always in a bad condition or under construction.
