Everything was in excellent condition and well-maintained. There was no need for any improvements in the construction quality of the society, and the people within it were cooperative and amiable.

Most residents are friendly and create a welcoming community, making it a nice place to live.

Despite the great facilities and maintenance, some residents lack common sense and civic sense, which can cause problems. Issues like improper waste disposal, noise disturbances, and not following community rules can be frustrating. Better discipline and consideration from residents would greatly improve the living experience in the society.

I used to live in this society and had no issues at all. The construction is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. The place is well-ventilated and gets plenty of sunlight. The maintenance is top-notch, with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and a well-kept water tank. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with good security and CCTV coverage. Connectivity is good; autos, cabs, and the metro are easily accessible. The amenities are great, with a lovely garden, a fun children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, and a club.
Things need improvement
I used to live here and had no issues at all. Everything was perfect from the construction to the maintenance. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe. Connectivity was good, and all amenities were well-maintained. I had a great experience living here.

The property is currently experiencing issues with the lifts, which have not been replaced, occasionally causing inconvenience such as elderly residents getting stuck. There are also minor seepage issues that require attention. Additionally, there are challenges with a rickshaw stand causing traffic congestion and chaos near the building exit.

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with the availability of cabs and autos nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is in order. There are no water supply or logging issues. There are no seepage and leakage issues, making the construction quality good. Amenities like gym, play area for kids , swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. CCTVs and installed. Paintings are done timely. Hygiene is maintained.
Things need improvement
The parking lot area must be improved, some unhygienic factors and the presence of stray dogs can be noticed in the parking area, which causes inconvenience to the residents
