The society is pet-friendly and enjoys a friendly, cooperative community atmosphere.

Reliable maintenance ensures frequent cleaning of the water tank, effective rubbish collection, and cleanliness. The buildings exhibit exceptional construction quality, with few problems such as leaks, seepage, or cracks. There is ample natural lighting and ventilation throughout the buildings. The facilities offered, which include a small garden, a kids play area, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and plenty of parking, effectively meet the demands of the inhabitants. With a well-kept garden at the front of the society, the neighborhood's pleasant mood and picturesque outlook are further improved.

Although the elevator is usually dependable, there are sometimes problems that cause difficulty to the occupants. There is only one authorized parking space for each apartment owner, yet the homeowner requests additional parking space for his second car.

Road conditions and streetlights are functional. There is ample parking space available. Apartments have good ventilation and spacious balconies without seepage or leakage issues. The garden and greenery are well-maintained. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, security guards, CCTV cameras, and properly maintained elevators are available in the society.

The maintenance standards in the society would benefit from enhancement. Currently, there may be areas where cleanliness, upkeep of facilities, or promptness in addressing issues could be improved.

The housing society provides simple access to a neighboring railway station, cars, taxis, and metro, making commuting effortless. It also has good connectivity. It features a range of facilities, including a clean garden, a large kids' play area, a cool swimming pool, a fully-stocked gym, lively clubs, a quiet park, lots of parking, and entertaining kids indoor activities. The maintenance services are excellent; they guarantee thorough waste collection and frequent cleaning. In addition, the neighborhood is renowned for its welcoming vibe, which makes for a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
Regretfully, there are issues with the quality of the construction, with seepage in other resident's apartments having an especially negative impact on specific regions.

Good things here
Public transport like autos and rickshaws was easily available around the society. There were shops and markets nearby. Parking was available there. Neighbors were very friendly and cooperative. There were no issues with water logging or network connectivity. Garbage collection was always on time, and cleanliness and hygiene were maintained very well. The maintenance of facilities like the lift, CCTV, and security guards was good. Amenities like a gym, walking area, clubhouse, playground, and garden were all available in the society.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything was going well, but the maintenance could have been better, especially regarding issues like seepage and leakage that were not addressed properly. Swimming pool is not there

Additionally, the people in the community are friendly, making for a pleasant and welcoming environment.

However, the society faces significant issues. The road connectivity is very poor, with no public transport available, making commuting difficult. The construction quality is substandard, as the walls are so poorly made that even drilling into them is ineffective. Additionally, there is a major problem with red ants, forcing residents to store everything in the fridge. These issues greatly diminish the overall living experience.

CCTV camera and lifts are installed in the premises. Neighbours are cooperative. Cleanliness is great. Gym amd swimming pool were present.

Seepage, leakage and water logging during monsoon is a major issue during monsoon.

Transportation is good. autos and cabs are easily available. The roads are well-maintained. Parking is adequate. The elevator is well-maintained, and any problems are resolved within a day. Ventilation is good. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. The residents are working professionals and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with issues like seepage and plaster falling off when something is hung on the walls. Maintenance services need improvement as the charges are high, and the staff often fails to respond promptly. When they do respond, they sometimes suggest hiring external help for repairs.
