Auto cabs are readily available near the society, and there is a local market nearby for essential shopping. Traffic congestion is minimal, and the society enjoys excellent connectivity. The availability of 24-hour water and electricity is ensured, and cleanliness is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious with attached balconies, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage, indicating good build quality. Repainting and other maintenance tasks are carried out regularly. The society boasts various amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym, all of which are well-maintained. The abundance of greenery enhances the surroundings, fostering a pleasant environment. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together. The swimming pool and gym are clean and well-equipped, and the security system is reliable. There are no waterlogging issues, and the road quality is excellent. Additionally, power back up facilities are available, and nearby colleges accommodate many students within�the�society.
Things need improvement
Allocated parking for visitors is not provided, and they have to park in open spaces, while residents have allocated covered parking spaces. Shopping malls are not nearby, and heavy appliances cannot be used with the power bank facility. Other than these issues, there are no major concerns�to�highlight.

Strong security system with security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhance residents' quality of life. Safe environment during nighttime. Educated and cooperative community members participate in celebrating festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Traveling issues arise due to limited availability of public transportation, necessitating the booking of cabs for connectivity. Delayed maintenance tasks such as paintings and waterproofing. Lengthy resolution times for addressing arising issues.

Garbage collection is regular, and elevators are installed and properly maintained. We enjoy reliable electricity and water supply, and the construction quality is excellent, free from leakage, seepage, or termite issues. Neighbors are friendly and supportive, with security guards on duty.

There are no dislikes as everything is timely maintained. The society ensures that all facilities and services are in excellent condition, contributing to a high standard of living.

The society is excellent, boasting 24/7 security personnel and a clubhouse. It features green parks, as well as uninterrupted power and water supply around the clock. Renowned for its quality, the society is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. It's well-maintained, with sturdy construction and good connectivity. The railway station is approximately 2 kilometers away, and city buses are easily accessible. Security is not a concern here.

Overall, the society is quite impressive, with no major disappointments. However, being situated by the roadside does lead to heavy traffic jams and noticeable pollution. Additionally, the lifts are small and have a lingering smell, while some security personnel can be rude. It's also not very pet-friendly.

Despite the society being old, all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. There were no concerns with leakage or seepage. Sufficient parking was available for both residents and visitors, and festivals were celebrated within the community. The residents were described as decent, and public transport was easily accessible, providing convenient connectivity.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or play area. The lifts are not in good condition as they have aged and frequently malfunction. Additionally, there is no indoor parking available for visitors, which can be inconvenient.

West segregation properly hota hai. society bohot clean hai. greenery bohot hai. sare local transport accessible hai. restaurants schools, collages, malls sab bohot pass me hai. society me amenities bohot acchhi hai and maintained hai. visitors ke liye proper parking space hai. security ke liye apps use hoti hai.
Things need improvement
Pass me hi construction chalu hai us vajaha se noise and air pollution hota hai. power cut ka bohot issue hai. power backup sirf common area ke liye hi hai.

Good things here
I've lived here for 12 years and am satisfied with the amenities. My building has two lifts with reliable power backup. Maintenance is excellent, and ventilation is well-managed. Connectivity with Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs is convenient. We celebrate festivals like Republic Day, Independence Day, Eid, Diwali, Holi, and Navratri with enthusiasm and organize Garba nights. Security, parking, and management of stray dogs are all well-handled without issues.
Things need improvement
Living here for the past 12 years has been overall positive. The airport and railway station being one hour away can be inconvenient, but apart from that, everything else is great here.

Some construction-related problems, such seepage and cracks, can be problematic. There's no park, swimming pool, or children's play area, thus the amenities are limited. The proprietors frequently act in a rude way, which ruins conversations.

Construction quality of the apartment is great as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. Society is on prime location ,so the connectivity is top notch in the society like auto,cabs,schools and hospitals easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities are in the society like swimming oool,gym,kids play area ,clubhouse and eveything is fully functional in the society Proper water supply is there in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back facuilities are not there in the society but residents has adopted invertor for there own facilities. There are extra charges to use only gym facilities.
