Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with cabs and Uber readily available if booked via the app. Amenities are also abundant and well-maintained, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, which are available and maintained well. People are very friendly and respectful in the society, creating a good community atmosphere. Every maintenance service is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the green areas of the society are very well-maintained. The water facility is available 24/7 and is very reliable. Power backups are also available, ensuring continuous electricity supply. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, maintaining cleanliness in the apartments. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops within walking distance of around 500 meters. Overall, people are very friendly and respectful in the society, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, with some minor issues such as cracks in the walls and leaks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, which is very inconvenient. There is some traffic noise outside the society, which can be bothersome. The kids' play area needs improvement in the society.

We have a large open area where I take walks in the evening. It is away from the main road, with no disturbances, no pollution, and low density. Connectivity-wise, it is 2 km from the bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The street lights are functioning, and there is good parking space. Maintenance-wise, they collect charges, ensuring good water and power supply, daily cleaning, and regular garbage collection. The lift is functional. Amenities include a community hall, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, table tennis, and a basketball court. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The road condition in this society is too poor, with numerous potholes and cracks. It hinders smooth transportation and poses safety risks for both pedestrians and vehicles.

The surrounding residents are friendly and cooperative. The flats are well-ventilated and built to high construction standards, minimizing any leakage issues.

The society faces traffic congestion issues caused by narrow roads and insufficient parking space. Implementing traffic management measures and expanding parking facilities can effectively alleviate this problem.

The society has excellent connectivity, with no issues in getting autos and cabs. Maintenance is great, with proper water and electricity supply. The construction is decent with no leakage , seepage issue. All modern amenities like a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park are available. The neighbourhood is friendly, with people celebrating festivals together, and the security and parking facilities are excellent.
Things need improvement
I faced no issue in this society until now , everything is adequate for a good lifestyle . Living here is great and comfortable . I am completely satisfied with this society.
