The construction quality in the society is unfortunately poor, with issues such as leakages in the bathrooms, small bathroom sizes, and problems with flush functionality, impacting residents' daily comfort. Moreover, maintenance charges are relatively high, exceeding 5000 rupees, which may be considered expensive by residents, adding to their financial burden. These challenges highlight areas that require attention and improvement within the society to enhance the living experience for its residents.

Garbage collection is also efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste in the society. Ventilation within the flats is excellent, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games are well-maintained. The residents of the society are known for being friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere.
The construction quality in the society is unfortunately subpar, with cracks in the walls and issues of seepage in bathrooms and bedrooms. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, adding to residents' financial burdens. Additionally, hospitals are situated far from the society, causing inconvenience during emergencies.

The society's connectivity is the main and best feature, owing to its location on the main road and easy access to all major facilities, such as supermarkets, vegetable shops, barber shops, and salons, all within walking distance from the society. Additionally, the bus stop is conveniently located just outside the society. Maintenance in this society is commendable, with the surroundings well-maintained to high hygiene standards. Garbage collection and disposal systems are efficient. The society has excellent amenities including a gym, a small park, and a swimming pool. The buildings are well-constructed, with high-quality materials used, and the layout structure is well-planned with no issues regarding construction quality.
I moved out of that society around three years ago. During my time there, the amenities within the society were not modern. There were no facilities like a mini theatre, walking tracks, or major indoor game facilities.

Transportation in the society is very good. Cabs and autos are easily available if we book online. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society, making it very convenient. Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. The metro is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient. Maintenance in the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and power backup. Garbage collection is also well-managed. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, adding to the convenience.
The construction quality is poor; there is a leak in the east, mainly during the rainy season. There is also a lot of noise in the flats. The greenery outside the society should be improved.

Right on ORR with lot of connectivity and all ameneties with good night life. Metro is about to come and 300 mtrs from society
Maintenance is bit high, but lot of ppl are working towards improving the same. 20% water is coming from tankers, hope situaltion ll be better

The society benefits from its prime location on the main road, making essential amenities within a 100-meter walkable distance. Well-maintained facilities like the gym, amphitheater, kids' play area, and swimming pool enhance the living experience. Regular maintenance ensures cleanliness, aided by diligent housekeeping. The community spirit is evident through celebrations of various festivals like New Year, Independence Day, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Durga Ashtami, during which residents participate in food stalls.
The lake outside the society is polluted due to people dumping garbage. Additionally, one of the lifts is not functioning properly, and there are numerous wall leakages, indicating poor wall quality.

The positive aspect of this society is the celebration of different events organized for all groups of society. The committee organizes good festival celebrations within the society. The connectivity is good a supermarket, and few vegetable stores, the salon is around 200 meters and the public transportation such as a bus stop is around 1km from the society. The management of the society is very good and friendly because each small issue is promptly addressed before complaining. 24/7 water supply for the residents and the maintenance charges are also reasonable. Amenities such as a clubhouse, a gym, a party hall, and a small park are available.
The construction quality of the society is lacking, as indicated by visible cracks in the walls and recurring problems with seepage.

The ambiance is very good in the society, and the atmosphere is spacious and calm. Schools are very near to the society within a walkable distance, which is convenient. Cabs and autos are available in the society, which is convenient. Water facility is good in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good, done twice daily.
Public transportation is not good in the society. There is pollution around the society. The railway station is far from the society, around 4 kilometers away. Traffic issues are also present, especially in the evenings when coming from the office.

There have been no complaints regarding maintenance services, because of competent maintenance staff in all departments. Cleaning, water supply, and garbage collection services are efficiently managed. The society has good construction quality, with no reported water leakage issues and excellent ventilation. Additionally, it has good amenities such as a swimming pool, a small party hall, a gym, and various indoor and outdoor game facilities.
The monthly maintenance charges are on the higher side in this society. There is no metro connectivity to this area, and the community hall in the society is small.
