Regular garbage collection is carried out by the society, and proper parking space is allocated to all residents. The buildings have aged, leading to frequent seepage and leakage issues. Cleanliness requires improvement, and security concerns include stray dogs and pet-related incidents. Local transport is not easily available from the society; residents need to go to the main road. There are significant issues with leakage and seepage in the flat. Although all modern amenities are present, they are not maintained at all. The residents frequently quarrel. The lifts are not maintained, and there is a drainage issue in the parking area, causing water to accumulate during the rainy season. read more
