Regular garbage collection is carried out by the society, and proper parking space is allocated to all residents. The society organizes festivals and events where all members participate together.
Public transport is often unavailable, necessitating the use of personal vehicles. Elevator maintenance is inconsistent, impacting functionality. The buildings have aged, leading to frequent seepage and leakage issues. Cleanliness requires improvement, and security concerns include stray dogs and pet-related incidents. Traffic issues are occasional, and water quality and maintenance are lacking. Essential amenities like a swimming pool, park, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

The flat has good ventilation and receives plenty of sunlight. Cleanliness is maintained in the society, and water is available 24/7. There is enough greenery, and festivals are celebrated together.
Local transport is not easily available from the society; residents need to go to the main road. There are significant issues with leakage and seepage in the flat. Although all modern amenities are present, they are not maintained at all. The residents frequently quarrel. The lifts are not maintained, and there is a drainage issue in the parking area, causing water to accumulate during the rainy season.

Maintainance aur improve kia ja sakta hai. all over society ki beutufication aur thoda karni chahiye. garden and park ko aur bhi achha decorate kia ja sakta hai.

1. The society was well maintained both in terms of infrastructure (regular painting of common areas, daily cleaning of common areas, etc) and amenities (clean pool, gym areas, etc. ) 2. It has an ATM and a grocery store inside its premises which was a huge help during Covid times 3. It's also very green in the inside so taking a walk inside the premises was always a pleasurable experience 4. It's a gated community and security was taken very seriously so that's always a plus 5. It's on the main road (Sohna Road) so that's also a huge benifit 6. The residents were also very helpful and co-operating
1. The construction is a bit older so it sometimes lack that new home feeling especially if your house is not maintained properly from the inside

The experience for me living here is really positive, starting with the friendly neighbours who make the community warm and welcoming. The connectivity with public transport, including autos and cabs, along with the well-maintained roads, makes getting around super easy. Each apartment has allocated parking, which is a great convenience. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the ease of living here. Garbage collection is efficient, and garbage segregation is properly managed. The lifts are installed and well-maintained, ensuring hassle-free movement within the buildings. My flat is well-ventilated, and there�s no issue with seepage. The amenities are fantastic, including a gym, clubhouse, and play area, all of which are well-maintained. Plus, there�s no problem with pets, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
There isn't any metro station nearby it would be great to have a metro station nearby for easier commuting. I miss having a swimming pool in the society for recreational activities. Apart from these, there isn't anything else that comes to mind right now. However, there's always room for improvement, and I believe there are areas where we can enhance our living experience.

I'm pleased with the maintenance standards in our society, as cleanliness and hygiene are properly maintained. Garbage collection is timely, and we have a reliable water supply with no issues of water logging due to a good drainage system. It's reassuring to know that the construction quality of our buildings is good, as we don't face any issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Residents also benefit from amenities like balconies, a well-functioning security system with security guards and CCTV surveillance, and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents contributes to a welcoming community environment.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the quality of life in our society. there are no improvements needed which I can think of. Society is maintained regularly.

I really appreciate the good connectivity and easy availability of public transport in my society. Having designated parking spots with strict adherence to rules is a big plus. It's great that we have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The backup for electricity and water supply is reliable, which gives me peace of mind. I enjoy using the gym and clubhouse, and I'm grateful for the friendly atmosphere created by our nice neighbours. Having well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and security guards adds to my sense of security.
Unfortunately, I often face interruptions in electricity and water supply because they come from the municipality. The construction quality of our buildings is very poor, leading to frequent issues with seepage and termites throughout the society. The buildings themselves are quite old, and the amenities provided are of low quality. Despite these challenges, I haven't encountered any major problems during my tenure here, and overall, my experience in the society has been positive.
