Good things here
I am a former resident and everything was great there. I had no issues at all. The connectivity was excellent with easy access to public transportation, and the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Maintenance was top-notch, and the construction quality was very good. All amenities were available and well-kept. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live with everything I needed.
Things need improvement
While living there, I found everything to be perfect. There were no issues at all with connectivity, maintenance, construction, or the neighborhood. The amenities were great, and even the swimming pool was well-suited for everyone. The clubhouse was nice too, though it could have had more equipment.

Connectivity, unfortunately, is where this housing society falls short. Commuting to and from here can be challenging, especially during peak hours. Limited access to public transportation and congested roads often lead to delays and frustration for residents. Improving connectivity options, such as better bus routes or enhanced road infrastructure, would significantly benefit everyone living here. While the society excels in other areas, the subpar connectivity remains a notable drawback that affects daily life and convenience.

Good things here
Everything was really very good in the society. Maintenance was top-notch. Society has amenities such as a really good gym, a very clean swimming pool, and a well-maintained clubhouse. Connectivity of the society was very good with autos, taxis, and buses easily available. Grocery shops, markets, schools, and clinics were nearby, making it easy to get around. There's a big park that makes the area even nicer. Kids can play there and have fun, which makes the whole neighborhood feel even better. Water supply and electricity were available full-time, and construction quality was good with no sealing and seepage issues.
Things need improvement
CCTVs and elevators were well-maintained, and there were no issues with anything everything was good and well-maintained. There were no sealing and seepage issues.

Good things here
Uncovered parking was available and allotted for everyone. Neighbors were also good there , all festival like hli , diwali were celebrated together . There was no issue of waterlogging. Garbage collection was on time, and cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The lift and CCTV were also well-maintained. Public transport like auto, rickshaws were easily available. Grocery stores, schools, malls, markets , were nearby the society. Ventilation was good, no issues with seepage or leakage
Things need improvement
There used to be a bit of an issue with leakage in our society. There is no metro station in that area. If there was any problem with maintenance, the maintenance team didn't coordinate well with us; their communication wasn't good.

One drawback was the lack of nearby market areas, making it inconvenient for residents to access essential goods and services. Despite the inconvenience of the distant market area, the availability of these facilities added significant value to the community.

The apartment society is very well-connected, making it easy to commute and access nearby amenities. The people in the community are very friendly, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Despite the positives, there are several areas that need improvement. The construction quality is average, indicating that some parts might need fixing. The amenities are lacking, mainly because the clubhouse and swimming pool are not working, there are issues with the lift, and the gardens are not being cleaned properly. These problems significantly affect the overall living experience.

Good things here
Autos and cabs were easily available, parking was allotted per flat with additional common parking, the lift was installed and well-maintained, painting was done on time, water and electricity were available 24/7, hygiene was maintained, ventilation was good, there were no cracks on the walls, there was no seepage in the flats, CCTV cameras and security services were present, and people in the society were friendly and sociable.
Things need improvement
Wet and dry garbage collection was combined. There were no amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or play area nearby. The amenities were located in another section, which was inconvenient

Rooms of the apartment were spacious and isolated,balcony were there inside the units.Atmosphere was calm and peaceful.Schools and hospitals were near by the society,so the connectivity was really good.High security system in the society all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.cleaniness was really great and 24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.
Things need improvement
All the amenities were there in the apartment but only for A and B wings not for alll over wings.Construction quality of the apartment were not that great as there were leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.

Connectivity was really great like local transport were easy available near by the society.Local market and essentials were also near by the society.maintenece of the apartment was really good society was neat clean and hygenic.

This society was really very bad regarding construction as it has become old and even there were seepage issues and even though fitting related issues were also there.There were nothing in terms of the amenities only there was parking area in the society.
