Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Power availability addresses residents' needs. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. Water facilities are very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backups are available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly and helpful in the society. Every assistance in every aspect is very convenient. Maintenance areas are reasonably handled. Security systems in the society are well-maintained and up-to-date. People are responsible and well-organized in the society. Peer support among residents is very convenient.
The road quality is very bad in the society, severely inconvenient. There's also a lot of traffic congestion outside the society, making it very inconvenient for commuting.

There were only A, B, C, D blocks, and E, F, G, H blocks were under construction. Across from our society was Raheja Heights where many actresses also lived; it was a nice neighborhood. Garbage collection was always on time and everything was clean. Ventilation was very good, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Public transport like autos and buses were easily available immediately, and the location was very good. There wasn't a metro station back then.
The balconies in the society were nice, but they were a bit low, which could be a problem for children. There was no swimming pool or clubhouse at that time. The park at Raheja Leopards would sometimes come to the park, which was quite dangerous. The rent was quite high.

These facilities are well-maintained and functional, with the swimming pool and gym being particularly notable for their cleanliness and equipment quality. Security guards are present 24/7, and CCTV surveillance covers all areas of the society, ensuring safety. Residents actively participate in events and programs organized within the society, contributing to a friendly atmosphere among neighbors. Daily garbage collection and maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene further contribute to the overall well-being of the society.
The railway station is located far away from the society, which may pose a challenge for residents in terms of transportation convenience. Additionally, the build quality of the society is not satisfactory, with some units experiencing issues such as leakages and seepages. It is essential for the maintenance teams to address these problems promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents.

There are auto rickshaws nearby, and Ola and Uber come right to the society. Plus, Oberoi Mall is just a stone's throw away. The road outside is wide and well-maintained, and parking is properly allocated for everyone. Garbage collection is done daily, with segregation of wet and dry waste. Maintenance charges are reasonable at Rs. 8000 for 2BHK and Rs. 10000 for 3BHK per month. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and flats are ventilated, with sunlight reaching all rooms and balconies. Each flat also has a spacious dry area. There are 15 floors of parking, both open and covered, including the basement. The residents here are very friendly; we celebrate all festivals together like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Holi, and Navratri. And lastly, the society is earthquake-proof.
During office hours, the roads can get quite crowded due to IT employees. The narrow space between flats means that if renovation work is happening in an adjacent flat, dust tends to spread to ours. Additionally, ongoing construction in the surrounding areas contributes to pollution. Despite the clubhouse being constructed, it has not yet opened for operation in the society.

The society faces issues typical of older buildings, such as leaks and dampness problems. Improving the greenery within the estate would also enhance its overall appeal and atmosphere.

Parking is a concern in the society; there is no visitor parking, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance expenses are high because of water scarcity.

This society is very old construction but as such there are no issues regarding anything and managing commitee is attentive to resolve issues if occures. High security has been provided and all the areas are under cctv survilance. People over here are very much coperative and helpful. there are good schools and hospitals around the society. Cleaniness is good and time to time mopping and all is done in the society.
Construction work is going on besides the society for mulund and goregaon flyover due to that road are under developed and during peak hours traffic issues are also there around the society. There are no amenities available in the society except parking area and lift.

Society is at good locality and good area ,connectivity is also great like railway station ad bus stand is at walkable distance from the society. Society is neat clean and well maintained. Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society. Crowd of the people is also good ,helpful and kind.
This is old construction based society so there are no amenities but it is been constructed in the society. Sometimes there are seepage and pesticides issues in the society.

there are cabs ,auto ,raiway station at walking distance . residence of the apartment are very polite and well behaved
there were cracks on the outer and inner wall, there were seepage issues as well so the build quality is not that great.and amenities like swimming pool club house were not fuctional at that time.
