Good things here
The construction of our flats has been done exceptionally well, ensuring that they are well-ventilated and free from any significant problems. The connectivity here is fantastic, with auto-rickshaws readily available and a nearby metro station, hospitals, schools, and markets within easy reach. This makes running errands and commuting a breeze. I'm grateful that all the amenities are well-maintained, and the society as a whole is kept clean and tidy through regular cleaning services.
Things need improvement
For me, living in the society has been incredibly fulfilling, and I honestly can't think of anything that's lacking. The maintenance is top-notch, and everything seems to be well taken care of. It's reassuring to feel content with what I have and not feel the need for any additional amenities or changes.

Good things here
The children's play area is a fun place for kids, although some of the swings could use maintenance to make them safer. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful, which is great for families. We haven't had issues with connectivity, and amenities like nearby shops are convenient.
Things need improvement
There are concerns about the children's play area as some of the swings appear old and unsafe. Also, stray dogs sometimes run after kids, which is worrying for parents.

All Good, it's a posh society and close to EON IT park, malls pheonix as well as seasons and amnora etc Center of magarpatta and kalyani nagar

Good things here
The construction quality in the society is commendable, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The presence of ample open space and garden areas adds to the aesthetic appeal of the apartment complex and sets it apart from others. Moreover, the society boasts a high-security system, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas for enhanced safety.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society was lacking, with no grocery or essential shops nearby, and limited access to local transport. Additionally, there were no rules in place for handling pets in the society, leading to the surrounding areas becoming dirty and unhygienic.

Good things here
Overall, the society is very good. The maintenance services are excellent, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The construction materials used are of top brands, which prevents any problems. The wood used for wardrobes is of excellent quality. There are no issues with connectivity to nearby schools, hospitals, markets, malls, or other amenities. The society has all facilities well-maintained, including gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses.
Things need improvement
I don't think anything else needs improvement in the society as everything is already well-maintained, and the society is excellent in every way.

Good things here
Malls and restaurants were near by the society. Build quality was great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society. Auto,cabs were easily available in the society. All the modern amenities were present in the society and everything is fully functional. Spacious allocated parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Its been long since i was residing there in that society and my experience was great but power back up connection has been given to common areas and 2 sockets from the uniits.

Good things here
Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society even there are good schools and hospitals around. All the amenities are avaibale like swimming pool. club house,2 park ,tenis court,basket ball court etc in the society. There is lot of open space in the society. High security system has been provided there are ccvt in each lobby and corner and gaurd is available on each entrance. Owners has coverd and allocated parking in the society. Time to time events and festivals are celebrated in the society even there are many exhibitions conducted in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are available for only common areas only. BMC water supply is not available in the society,so drinking water is not sufficient. Visitors parking is not available in the society they have to park outside the campus. earlier there was leakage and seepage issues but managing commitee has fixed it.

Good things here
There was good schools a hospitals near by the society even local transport facilities area easy to approach near by the society. Quality of the construction is not good as there are issues no regarding leakage and seepage,romm are quite spacious and attached with balcony. All the amenities are present in the society and well maintained. Society is neat,clean and hygenic place to live in.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities are not available near by the society like railway station and bus stop. and metro line was far away from the society,however you can approach for local transport easily. security gaurds are not constant and keeps on changing frequently which is not good.

Good things here
Auto stand,bus stand is at walkable distance from the society. High security system,each person is being verified on the entrance and every is covered with cctv. All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional. Good celebration of festivals in the society.
Things need improvement
Some of the units are facing leakage and seepage issues in apartments. Proper garbage disposible system has not been adopted in the society which makes a bit unhygenic surrounding.

Good things here
The society is great, and there are no issues. Despite being old, there are no problems like seepage or plaster fittings. Nyati Society has the best construction quality. It has all the facilities including maintenance, amenities, lifts, power backup, cleanliness, and greenery. Everything in the society�is�excellent.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have a nearby metro station, but now even that is not a big issue as its work is progressing. I don't think there is a need for any additional facilities in Nayati Society as everything is perfect and well-maintained�here.
