Good things here
Living in this housing society has its positive aspects, particularly in terms of ventilation and community atmosphere. Despite not having spacious flats, the units are well-ventilated, which contributes to a comfortable living environment. Good ventilation helps maintain air quality and temperature control, enhancing the overall comfort of residents. Another positive aspect is the presence of nice people within the community. A friendly and supportive neighborhood can greatly enrich the living experience, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents. This positive social environment contributes to a pleasant and harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
One significant issue is related to water logging, which can be a recurring problem in the society. Water logging can lead to inconvenience and potential damage to property, affecting the overall living conditions and requiring regular maintenance efforts. Another concern is the construction quality; despite being well-ventilated, there may be underlying issues related to construction that could impact the durability and maintenance of the buildings over time. Additionally, while the social atmosphere is friendly, the lack of spacious flats may limit living space and comfort for residents. Addressing these issues could improve the overall quality of life and satisfaction of residents in this housing society.

Good things here
The society has various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The construction quality is commendable, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage. Residents benefit from convenient transportation options, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it effortless to access essential services and nearby facilities. The society also boasts a reliable water supply and electricity. Its spacious park enhances the community's appeal by providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among neighbors. The advantageous location ensures easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, enhancing convenience for all residents. Moreover, the society is equipped with well-maintained CCTV cameras that enhance security, providing peace of mind to everyone living there.

There were no issues everything was just awesome in the society. Maintenance was also proper. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-maintained.

The community fostered a welcoming atmosphere, with residents extending warmth to newcomers. Enhanced security measures, including surveillance cameras and reliable elevators, contributed to overall safety. Access to telecommunication and internet services was effortlessly facilitated for all residents.
Things need improvement
There was a major issue with water leakage, indicating a need for improvement in construction quality. Additionally, proper ventilation in the flats should be ensured. Otherwise, everything else was okay and well-maintained.

Good things here
Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily available. Garbage is collected regularly, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Elevators are installed and maintained. Electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Our neighbors support each other in times of need.
Things need improvement
The hospital and main market are 1 km away, though there is a small market nearby. No power backup is available. The painting is not done regularly. People on the 7th floor face issues with seepage and termites. Apart these there are also no amenities present in the society. The backside only has a boundary wall, front side dosen't.

Good things here
Society is peaceful. people are friendly in nature. security guard is there in the society. water supply is 24*7. all local transportation vehicles are available nearby. no traffic jam issues. schools and restaurants are nearby. construction quality is good no cracks on walls.
Things need improvement
No modern amenities are there in the society. malls and collages are not nearby. power cut issue is there but no power backup in society. apps are not being used for security.

Good things here
The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Lift is avilable and maintained properly. Parking sppace is avilable for all residents inside the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. The society is located in an isilated area. Water supply is not good in the society. Sometimes sortage of water supply was faced, specially in the month of April and May. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Society is old. Wall quality is not very good. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Pedestrian lanes are not available and roads are incomplete, the roads are under construction, Broken stones are left all over the road and it is not maintained. The roads are not completed. CCTV is not available in the society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society. Security system is not good. Security guards are not available. There are no log books maintained for outsiders coming to the society, Anyone can come and go.
