The society boasts excellent connectivity, ensuring easy access to all necessities. Residents commute to work regularly, benefiting from a range of transportation options including buses, cars, and taxis. The maintenance and construction standards of the society are good. Conveniently located grocery stores, pharmacies, schools, and colleges serve the community's needs. A dedicated park provides a recreational space for children, while ample parking accommodates residents' vehicles comfortably. The society fosters a culture of kindness and mutual assistance among its members. Well-maintained amenities such as gyms, clubhouses, and swimming pools enhance residents' quality of life. Waste management is efficient, ensuring a clean environment, and flats are thoughtfully ventilated. Communication networks operate seamlessly, fostering strong community bonds and shared celebrations of festivals. It's truly a place where every aspect of comfort and convenience is seamlessly integrated, making it an ideal place to call home.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything is pretty good, but there is an issue of seepage and leakage that needs to be addressed and improved. Similarly, while the CCTVs and elevators are functional, there is room for improvement in their performance and maintenance.

A basic society proving you a happy and friendly environment to live in , people here are very much friendly and interactive which makes it easier for you to get settled easily .
Things need improvement
The society is not well connected as if u r coming from delhi u wont get cabs easily and metro is also a little far distance . The maintenance team was also not working for the last 10 years but now they are paying attention to that . Leakage problem is there in the whole society which cant be solved . No amenities are working properly , all of the amenities are closed .

Metro nearby hai. public transport bhi nearby hai. nearby mall,markets , super markets hai. garbage collection daily hoti hai. lift well maintained hai. ventilation toh bohot badiya hai. amenitis sare hai, well maintained hai. people helpful hai.
Things need improvement
Kabhi kabhi seepage ki prolem hoti hai, plaster jharne lagti hai, leakage ki prolemm hoti hai. parking area main problem hai kiunki, ek log 2-3 car kharid ke rakhe hai lekin parking toh ekhi hai isliye problem hoti hai.

Good things here
The ventilation is excellent, allowing proper sunlight and fresh air to flow in. The people are very helpful; everyone comes together to celebrate festivals. Garbage collection is done daily, and public transport is nearby.
Things need improvement
There is a lack of equipment in the kids' playing area, so children cannot play properly. The space in the park should be increased, and more swings and slides should be installed.

I used to reside in this neighborhood a few years ago, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the main road and convenient public transportation, albeit lacking bus services. The maintenance services were top-notch; I once required a plumber at midnight, and one promptly arrived to fix a tap in my home. Security was reliable, and there were no issues with water or power supply. The neighborhood remained free from problems such as seepage, water logging, or leaks. Overall, it was a fantastic place to live.

Good things here
I personally use Rapido a lot, and the connectivity of Rapido in my area is pretty good. In the locality, our society has the best cleanliness, and our society has one of the best waste management systems in our area. One of the things I like about the society is that we celebrate all the festivals together, but at the same time, I think that one thing that could be improved is the mentality of the people.
Things need improvement
I think that the whole Greater Noida area has problems with termites and water seepage, and the same is the case with my society. There are always parking problems in the society as the number of cars is more compared to the available parking space.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity is good as metro stations and schools are available nearby. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is decent.
Things need improvement
The society is providing all the requirements for a standard living so no such issues could be identified.

Issues are resolved promptly, ensuring a smooth living experience. Water is available 24/7, and the society maintains a high level of cleanliness. The well-maintained swimming pool adds to the amenities available to residents. The community spirit is strong, with residents coming together to celebrate festivals. Auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby for convenient transportation, and the proximity of the metro station enhances connectivity to other parts of the city.
Things need improvement
During peak hours, there is some traffic near the society, causing minor delays. Some flats experience issues with leakage, which need to be addressed. The gym could benefit from updates to enhance its facilities. Although the garden is small, efforts could be made to improve its aesthetics and functionality. The limited visitors' parking area may pose challenges during busy times. While maintenance is done regularly, the aging infrastructure of the 15-year-old society requires attention, including overdue plastering and painting of the buildings.
