Good things here
A society located in the heart of Noida city with excellent amenities around, it is suitable for happy and comfortable living. Family tenants are preferred with a profile of a job in a reputed MNC/bank etc. The quoted rent is with maintenance.
Things need improvement
Seepage in walls is an issue as the pipe lines are improperly constructed. As an owner, I had to spend a lot of money repairing my flat.

Good things here
Its been a while that I'm living in this and haven't faced any issues with anything related to the connectivity flat space, society staff or any of the gaurds either.
Things need improvement
Basic amenities are scarce, and connectivity to other places is terrible. It's a struggle to meet our daily needs.

Overall, this area has everything I need nearby, which makes it a perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

The entertainment choices around here are pretty boring and don't spark much interest. It's disappointing and leaves us with not much to do for fun.

There is so much greenery in this place, provide a calm and refreshing living experience.

I find the location of this place extremely inconvenient, as it's far from any public transport and nowhere near the city center, which is quite frustrating.

Water supply in the society is a constant headache. Not only do we face shortages frequently, but the water from the RO system also tastes terrible.

There is no problem of parking space. we never have to worry about finding a spot for our car.
