Good things here
The housing society boasts excellent connectivity, making it easy to travel to and from major areas. Residents appreciate the convenience of nearby highways and public transport options, ensuring hassle-free commutes. The construction quality is commendable, with sturdy buildings and well-planned layouts that provide a sense of security and comfort. Moreover, the society offers a good range of amenities, although the pool is a bit on the smaller side, it still provides a refreshing retreat for residents during hot days. The overall environment encourages a vibrant social life, with opportunities for neighbors to interact and build community bonds, despite the occasional lack of organized social events.
Things need improvement
However, the maintenance of the housing society could be improved. There are instances where upkeep seems inconsistent, leading to occasional issues with cleanliness and facilities needing repair. Additionally, while the construction is solid, there have been occasional delays in addressing minor maintenance concerns. Furthermore, although the amenities are generally satisfactory, the size of the pool may be a limiting factor for some residents who enjoy swimming as a regular activity. Good things here
The main road is just 10 minutes away, making commuting very convenient. There are schools and hospitals nearby, adding to the ease of daily life. The garden and society are kept very clean, and the construction is only 4 years old, giving everything a fresh feel. We have great amenities, including a gym, pool, and clubhouse, and 24/7 water and electricity availability ensures a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
I found everything to be generally good. However, there is always room for improvement. For instance, adding more recreational activities or community events could enhance the living experience even further.

Good things here
The society is well-connected, with auto rickshaws, metro stations, buses, and rickshaws nearby, making travel easy. The society is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant living environment. There are no parking issues, providing convenience for residents and their guests.
Things need improvement
There is so much issue s in the leakage and seepage issue in the bathroom of the houses. The amenities like garden, pool are very small in the society.

The water supply at SVP Gulmohur Residency is really nice, and the lift here has a power backup. There are good amenities provided like a kids play area, a club house, swimming pool and more. All the other facilities are available nearby.

SVP Gulmohur Residency has excellent amenities and very good security. There is a lot of greenery around and lot of open spaces too. It is also kept neat and clean by the society here.

You can say that the apartment sets here are well balanced and the whole layout is planned really well. Every apartment is spacious, and has ventilation from at least three sides. The maintenance is nice and the security provided is very good.

The construction quality of the apartments here is good and both the layout and the room sizes are pretty decent. The society has nice open space as the number of flats are limited too 400+.

Very close to markets and vegetable stores, and bus stops as well. The parking provision for visitors and residents is good. Amenities provided are world class and there is a lot of open space for kids to play.
