I appreciate the proactive approach to maintenance in our society, especially when it comes to addressing issues like seepage and leakage promptly. However, I've noticed that during the rainy season, dampness can still be a concern, which is something that could be looked into further to find additional solutions. I'm quite satisfied with the functionality of the gate access apps; they provide a sense of security within our community, which is reassuring. Overall, I'm pleased with the cleanliness of our premises and the allocation of parking spaces, although I do agree that cleanliness along the walls could be improved. The accessibility of the market area is a big plus for me, as it makes it very convenient to access essential amenities. Additionally, having a swimming pool and clubhouse adds a lot of value to our community, providing opportunities for recreation and socializing that I really enjoy. Lastly, I'm glad that our lift is working properly, as it ensures smooth transportation within the building, which is essential for my daily routine.
Things need improvement
I've noticed that some residents, myself included, have expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of attention to cleaning along the walls in our society. It's a small detail, but it can have a significant impact on the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of our surroundings.

The society had top-notch connectivity, being very close to the main road where one could easily find auto-rickshaws and buses. The location was excellent, with no traffic issues, and the roads outside the society were well-maintained. The construction quality was good, with no problems of leakage or seepage. The residents were friendly, and there was sufficient water supply. The society was clean and had plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There were fewer shops for daily use items outside the society, so one had to travel a bit further for groceries and other necessities. While all the amenities were available, they were underutilized by the residents, and extra charges were required for using facilities like tents. The guards and management were not very cooperative with the society's residents.

Nearby availability of autos ensures convenient transportation. The society maintains continuous water supply, cleanliness, and regular garbage collection. Flats enjoy good ventilation, and there are no issues with leaks. Residents are cooperative, fostering a harmonious community. Effective security measures are in place, complemented by good-quality painting and ample parking space. Festivals are celebrated with joy, enhancing the community spirit.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, waterlogging occurred outside the society, causing inconvenience. Although modern amenities were available, they were not well-maintained. Additionally, some inconvenience was experienced due to slightly small lifts when bringing in items.

The security was good and efficient. The elevators were well-maintained. The society was clean. Sufficient parking was allotted. Water was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities and was well-maintained. Autos were readily available near the society. The residents were good.
Things need improvement
Due to the bathroom on the upper floor, our bathroom had significant seepage issues. The flats also had cracks and leakage. There should have been more greenery in the society. The society was located near underdeveloped roads, which led to traffic congestion, resulting in noise and air pollution. Taxis didn�t arrive promptly in the society; it took time.

All modern amenities were well-maintained, and residents were cooperative and friendly. The security measures were efficient, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The flats were well-ventilated, and there was a continuous water supply in the society. Additionally, there was sufficient parking available.

Autos weren't available near the society; residents had to walk to the main roads to find them. Additionally, the maintenance team was ineffective; issues weren't resolved promptly, and there was a lack of cooperation.

Within a 500-meter radius, you'll find hospitals, schools, colleges, markets, and public transport for utmost convenience. Enjoy leisure amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and garden, with covered parking available. Despite being 12 years old, this property has no seepage issues, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

Good things here
This society is kept clean and very well maintained, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. There are no such water logging issues faced in the society. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is good around the society. There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids all are available in the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. The plumbers and electritians were not available on time when needed for any repair, this was one issue in the society. It's very rare that we have faced water supply issues but that was only onnce or twice that happened.

Good things here
The society is close to the metro, and you can easily find auto-rickshaws. There's no problem with water logging, seepage, or leaks. The water quality is good, and there are no electricity problems; we also have a backup. The construction is good, probably because they used good materials. We have a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, lifts, and CCTV. The people are friendly and nice. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
No issues are there in the society, everything here is nice.

Good things here
As per location and connectivity society gets full marks. though, bus stop and local transport are near by the society but there is no noise pollution inside the society because of that. there is no water logging issue on the roads. bachelors friendly society. power backup is available for common areas and flats also

There is no visitors parking in the society. residents face seepage issues inside their flats.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. This society is very well maintained, and the maintainance are done on time. constructuion quality is good in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society.
