Transportation is convenient with auto and cab services readily available, and I appreciate having nearby markets, schools, and restaurants. It's reassuring to know that hospitals are close by and traffic issues are minimal. The well-maintained roads and functional street lights outside the society contribute to a sense of safety. Inside the society, the CCTV and lifts are properly maintained, and it's great that garbage collection is timely. I'm pleased that management addresses issues promptly, fostering a sense of accountability. I'm really fortunate to not have any seepage and leakage issues in my flat. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere, along with the shared celebrations of cultural festivals and events, creates a strong sense of community. Additionally, as a pet owner, I'm glad to hear that the society is pet-friendly and that pet-related issues are minimal. Overall, I feel fortunate to live in such a well-rounded and inclusive environment.
Things need improvement
The absence of fire exits is a serious safety issue, especially in case of emergencies. Furthermore, the absence of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids might impact the quality of life for residents.

The society experiences average construction quality, occasionally encountering issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Ventilation is subpar, impacting residents' comfort. Unfortunately, essential amenities like a swimming pool and power backup are unavailable, resulting in frequent power cuts. Additionally, water supply issues are occasionally experienced within the society.

The society boasts a good drainage system, ensuring no issues with waterlogging. Essential facilities such as gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids are available and well-maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and functional, enhancing security measures alongside a reliable security system with available guards.

The maintenance of the society is not good at all. The society is not kept clean and hygiene is also not maintained. The maintenance services are inadequate. The construction quality is very poor, with issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems frequently occurring.

Outside the society, residents enjoy easy access to public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby, markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants cater to the needs of residents. The neighborhood boasts friendly neighbors who actively participate in community events and celebrate festivals together within the society.
Things need improvement
The rooms are small in size. The society does not offer amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, or play area. Additionally, there is no balcony in my flat. Occasionally, seepage and leakage issues occur due to the age of the society. Residents sometimes face issues related to pets.

Public transports like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside my society, ensuring good connectivity. Nearby, there are markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants available. Hospitals are also conveniently located nearby. I haven't seen any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, indicating good construction quality. We have 24/7 water supply and electricity in our society.
Things need improvement
There were some construction issues in the buildings previously, but they have been resolved now. However, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory, with the availability of cabs and autos. The maintenance quality is also fine, with no water supply or logging issues. The construction quality of the building is quite satisfactory, with no seepage or leakage issues reported. Additionally, there is a garden in the society for residents to enjoy. CCTVs and elevators are installed for added security and convenience. The residents are very cooperative in nature, and timely maintenance, including painting, is carried out.

Good things here
The society had power backup and proper water supply. There was a school and hospital nearby. The roads were not narrow, so there were no traffic issues. High-quality construction materials were used, ensuring there were no issues like seepage or any other construction-related problems
Things need improvement
Cleaning was not done very well, and not all amenities were available. Maintenance wasn't great either because services were never provided on time. There was no visitor parking in the society, so guests had to park their vehicles outside, which raised safety concerns as there was fear of potential�theft�or�harm.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society.

In our society, there is no gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, or play area for kids. These things are not here right now. If we had them, our neighborhood would be much better.

The lack of amenities, especially a designated play area for kids, is a major concern in the society. When children have nowhere else to play, it can disrupt common areas where people walk, sit, and socialize. Having a separate area for kids to play would definitely help alleviate this issue and create a more enjoyable environment for everyone.
