I've been living in this society for a while now, and I must say, it truly stands out in terms of facilities and overall living experience. The construction quality is top-notch, with no termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are impeccable. Ventilation is excellent, ensuring fresh air flows freely through my home. One of the best things about living here is the connectivity. The society is situated right on the main road, making it incredibly easy to access. Public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are readily available, and the roads are in great condition. Plus, having a hospital and market nearby is a huge convenience. Parking is a breeze with designated spots for each resident, and the society�s rules are strictly adhered to, which helps maintain a harmonious environment. Utilities are never an issue; we have 24/7 electricity and water supply without any interruptions. The neighbours are very friendly, making it a pleasant community to be part of. The elevators are well-maintained and always in good working order, which is a big plus. Security is another strong point here. We have CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises and a 24/7 security guard on duty, so safety is never a concern. The garbage collection is regular and well-organized, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Overall, living here has been an absolute pleasure. The combination of excellent facilities, friendly neighbors, and a convenient location makes it an ideal place to call home.
Things need improvement
Despite its many positive aspects, there are a few drawbacks to note. Firstly, schools are not conveniently located nearby, which could pose challenges for families with children. Secondly, the absence of a nearby metro station might inconvenience those who rely on public transportation for their daily commute. Additionally, there have been occasional issues with seepage that require attention. Lastly, the society lacks amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area, which could enhance the resident experience.

The Society is truly wonderful! We've got everything we need right at our fingertips: schools, hospitals, and markets are all just a stone's throw away. Each resident has their own designated parking spot, and with excellent connectivity and various public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, getting around is a breeze. The roads are well-maintained, making travel even more convenient. Our community takes pride in keeping the environment clean with regular garbage collection and segregation. Plus, with elevators always in top-notch condition, getting to our homes is hassle-free. We never have to worry about power or water outages thanks to the reliable 24/7 supply. The construction quality of our buildings is outstanding, ensuring durability and peace of mind. It's also comforting to know that there are no issues like seepage or termites to deal with. With proper ventilation, good plaster, and modern fittings, our homes are both comfortable and stylish. We're also fortunate to have access to modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are always well-maintained for our enjoyment. The lack of a nearby school is inconvenient, and without a main gate, security could be compromised, especially given the traffic in the area. Additionally, the neighborhood's proximity to a quarry prone to bombings has caused structural issues, like cracks in the walls, which become problematic during the rainy season. The absence of modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse is disappointing. Despite these challenges, the friendly community and responsive management make this society a decent place to live.

Living in this society is truly a delight for me. The convenience of having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes everyday life so much easier. The good quality roads and minimal deterioration ensure smooth travel experiences, and I'm grateful for the efforts put into maintenance, such as timely garbage collection and cleanliness. The friendly and helpful residents make this community feel like a welcoming home, and having all amenities like gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, and gardens available and well-maintained is a fantastic bonus. I'm particularly impressed by the excellent construction quality, with no issues of seepage or water leakage. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the infrastructure is solid and reliable.

It's understandable that limited parking space can be a significant issue in a society. It can lead to inconvenience and frustration for residents, especially those who rely on personal vehicles. Improving parking facilities could definitely enhance the overall living experience and alleviate this concern. As for the absence of a nearby Metro station, while it would be convenient to have access to rapid transit, it's not always within the control of the society. However, advocating for improved public transportation infrastructure in the area could be a worthwhile endeavor.

In maintainence I'm not facing any issue, the maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regular basis garbage collection is done by the society. There is no major issues regarding power cuts. The society is situated on the main road. The connectivity of the society is amazing as public transports are readily available around the society. The market areas, stores, vegetable market and local shops all are nearby the society. The security system is very good in the society. CCTV cemeras are installed all over the society, there are near about 15 to 16 cameras functional in the society. Lifts are available and properly made. There is no seepage or leakage issues that is faced in the society. Swimming pool, gym, and club house is available in amenities in the society. Open parking space is available, and there are no issues in parking. There is a hall inside the society where festivals and events are celebrated by the people staying in the society. People are overall nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
I am staying here for a long time and I have never faced any issues in this society that needs to be improved. Society is very well maintained and good.

Seepage issues are non-existent, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the residents adds to the appeal of the community. Additionally, the excellent connectivity of the society, coupled with a nearby market, makes shopping convenient for everyone.
Things need improvement
I believe our society could benefit from more greenery as the current amount is insufficient. Additionally, the parking area requires better maintenance; currently, vehicles are parked haphazardly, resulting in a cluttered appearance. Therefore, I advocate for the proper maintenance of parking facilities to improve the overall aesthetic of the area. Increasing green spaces and ensuring orderly parking would enhance the beauty and livability of our society.

Good things here
The society is connected to the highway, making transportation convenient. The lifts are well-maintained, and the society is clean. Water is available 24/7, and residents have sufficient parking within the society. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents are decent, and there are no traffic issues around the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Autos are readily available, and connectivity is excellent.
Things need improvement
During summers, there are occasional power cuts, and power backup is provided only for common areas, not for individual flats. Visitors have to park outside the society as parking is not available inside.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society has not got any water supply issues. There is no water logging issues in the society, drainage system is good in the society. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. The construction quality is good as plaster quality is good. People are good in the society.
Things need improvement
The main issues in the society is the maintainance of the society, there should be more cleanliness in the society. The staff is there for cleaning but the society is not maintained regularly. Parking issues are faced sometimes in the society. Allocated parking spaces are not given even after paying for the parking. It's an open space parking. The switch board that's in the wall are not in good condition, there are cracks seen on the wall around it. The Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. The people of the society are sometimes good sometimes due to parking issues quarrels happens with them. CCTV cameras are installed but they just cover the main gate. Lifts are available but these are not functional properly.

Good things here
Because the society is located right on the road, autos and buses are easily available, and connectivity is excellent. The roads outside the society are good. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. All modern amenities are available, and the residents are cooperative. The lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
During office hours, there is some traffic because the society is located right on the road. There is an issue of leakage and seepage in my flat. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not being used.

Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society even there was local market nand groccery shop near by the society. Build quality was good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Society has good security system there was cctv in all the areas of the apartment.
Things need improvement
There are no as such facilities in the society and there was zero amenities available in the society. Cleaniness was poor as time to time to mopping and all is not done. water supply was bounded by time and there was no power back uo facilities available near by the society.
