Our location on the main road, coupled with well-maintained road and street lights, adds to the safety and accessibility of our neighborhood. Having malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby is incredibly convenient, and having allotted parking spaces ensures that parking is never a hassle. I'm impressed by the security measures in place, including CCTV cameras throughout the society. The well-functioning lifts add to the convenience of living here, especially for those on higher floors. One of the highlights of our community is the wide range of facilities and amenities available, from the gym and swimming pool to the club house and play area for kids. It's fantastic that these amenities are well-maintained for us to enjoy. The sense of community among residents is palpable, and I love how we come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. And it's reassuring to know that there are no pet-related issues, creating a harmonious living environment for everyone.
It's quite concerning to deal with weak wall quality and damp issues in my living space. Weak walls can compromise the structural integrity of my home, posing risks to safety and stability. Additionally, damp problems not only affect the appearance of my space but can also lead to health issues like mold growth and respiratory problems. Network issues are also quite frustrating for me. In today's digital age, having reliable connectivity is essential for work, communication, and leisure activities.

The high construction quality of our buildings, coupled with the absence of seepage and leakage issues, ensures that I can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free living environment. It's reassuring to see that maintenance and hygiene standards are diligently upheld, with separate waste collection demonstrating our commitment to environmental responsibility. The availability of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area adds significant value to our living experience, providing opportunities for recreation and relaxation right within our society. Knowing that any issues are promptly addressed by the society management only adds to my peace of mind. The good road quality outside our society prevents waterlogging issues, and having allotted parking space, reliable lifts, CCTV surveillance, and security guards in place contributes to our safety and convenience. The build quality is great, with no issues of leakage or seepage, which is significant, especially for a construction from 2008. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated with beautiful lighting. The community is vibrant, celebrating all festivals and functions together. Allocated parking spaces are available for both owners and visitors. The security system is top-notch with CCTVs in all areas. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness is maintained. Water and electricity supply are continuously available throughout the day, contributing to a comfortable living�environment.
One of the major drawbacks of this society is the lack of nearby metro access, though there are plans for one to be constructed soon. The railway station is quite far from the society, making it less convenient for those who rely on public transportation. Additionally, the quality of the approach roads is poor and underdeveloped, further hindering accessibility. Public facilities are limited, and the society lacks essential amenities. There is no dedicated play area for children. Although a swimming pool is available, it is very small and insufficient for the needs of the residents. The clubhouse and yoga facilities are also quite basic, and while there is a small garden, it does not compensate for the overall lack of recreational�space.

Public transport facilities may not be optimal in the area currently, as there is no metro and the railway station is a bit distant from the society. However, there are bus services available to facilitate travel to the railway station, which provides some accessibility to rail transport. It's worth noting that improvements are underway, with the metro expected to be introduced in the area in the�coming�years.

I like living here because there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is very convenient. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-managed. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there's a reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always ready to support each other in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards makes me feel safe, and having a gym available is a great bonus.
However, there are some downsides. There's no metro station nearby, which is quite inconvenient. Parking is a major issue as there's none available, leading to constant hassle. While the seepage issue is minor, it still needs to be addressed. Additionally, apart from the gym, there are no other amenities, which is quite disappointing.

Transporation facilities are availabe near by the society. Quality of the construction is really good as there are no leakage and seepage issues even the rooms are spacious and well designed with attached balcony. All the modern amenities are there in the society and very well maintained and fully functional. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. All the festivals were celebrated in teh society. managing committe was attentive to resolve issue but i lived there almost 2. 5 year but i never faced any issues at that time.
Power back up of solar panel and generator is available for common areas only but if you need you can get your personal invertor. There was no railway station near by the society. Metro is under construction these days inn that area.

Overall, everything was in excellent condition, with no issues to report. The flats were well-ventilated and well-maintained. The residents were friendly and supportive, contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Everything is incredibly convenient and well-equipped, making daily life so easy. I'm grateful for the easy access to public transportation, shops, schools, and restaurants nearby, which all add to the convenience. The society is impeccably maintained, with garbage collection always on time and no worries about water or electricity. Having parking available within the premises is a huge bonus, and the buildings are constructed so well that I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or leakage.
