Good things here
Having a tranquil environment where you can unwind is essential for a fulfilling living experience. And it's even better when you have a friendly and welcoming community to connect with�building those relationships with your neighbors can truly make a place feel like home.
Things need improvement
I find it frustrating that there aren't many shops nearby for everyday needs. It's a hassle having to travel far just to pick up essentials. I hope they consider adding more stores and amenities within walking distance to make life easier for residents.

The easy connectivity to major IT hubs, hospitals, malls, and schools. The location near the metro station and highways is convenient for daily commuting. The project's proximity to social amenities like parks and restaurants adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
On the flip side, I'm not a fan of the high congestion and waterlogging in the area, especially during the monsoon season. It can be quite challenging to navigate through these conditions. Additionally, the lack of reliable public transport options makes commuting more difficult. Furthermore, there are occasional maintenance issues in the complex, which result in unexpectedly high charges for upkeep.
