Good things here
The maintenance of the lift is commendable, ensuring its proper functioning. Residents are described as polite and cooperative, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, the security measures in the society are highly effective, contributing to a sense of safety and well-being.
Things need improvement
Connectivity, such as availability of cabs, is present but uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities like a garden area, which can be disappointing for residents.

Good things here
Allocated parking space for resident and visitors. Society is very well maintained, all the amenities and lift are functional. Connectivity with local transport is good. All the festivals are being celebrated, good socialism.
Things need improvement
Public transport like bus stand and railway station is far away from the society. Power back up connections has been given to common areas only. Hard water supply is there in the society.

Good things here
All the festivals are being celebrated in this society,crowd of the people is good and friendly. society has good security system,women safety has been priorities. connetivity is big plus like auto cabs are easily available. no water logging issues during rainy season .
Things need improvement
There are only semi amenities in the society like gym and small kids play area. There is no allocated parking space for the resident. minor leakage and sepage issues are there in units.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society was great, everything was easy to access and local transport facilities were easily available. Security was good in the society. Build quality was great of the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the society is just pathetic and needs to improve and there were no amenities in the society. Water supply issues were there in the society. Water connectivity like pipelines and all was in very bad condition.
