Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. Roads are in a good condition. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Basement parking is available. Balcony available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Open spaces and walking tracks are available. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative
Things need improvement
It's an very old building so seepage and leakage issues are quite commonly seen in the society buildings. The building is 17 to 18 years old so the construction quality is average. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society but nothing is properly functional.

Good things here
There is good public transport connectivity here with autos and buses. Malls and markets are all available near the society. There are 2 metro stations within 10 to 15 minutes' distance. We celebrate all festivals like Holi and Diwali. The construction quality is good, and ventilation is excellent, so there are no problems. We have a basketball court, playground, and garden in the society. Parking is available. Cleaning is impeccable in our society. Maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. I have been living in this society for 20 years.
Things need improvement
However, there are no modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse in the society. Water logging is an issue during the rainy season. Otherwise, everything is running smoothly and well in our society.

Security bohot jada strong hai. play ground hai. power backup hai issliye power supply mai koi dikkat nahi hota hai.

Gym,swiming pool, club house kuch bhi nahi hai society pe. maintenance bhi thoda problematic hai.

Good things here
Society has really good connectivity like local transport is available easily ,local market are available near by the society. Roads outside the society is wide and as such there is no traffic issues around the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. Build quality is excellent and as such no issues regarding fitting and seepage. Society is safe and secure to live and cleaniness is done on priority. Full power back up facilities are provided in the society. Al the festivals and cultural events are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is 5km away from the society. There are zero amenities in the society only small kids play areas has been provided. Power back up facilities are chargable.

There are nearby market areas, school, hospitals at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. There are no seepage or leakage inside the buildings, the construction quality is good. Inside the society there is no such water logging issues. Small park is available in the society. The social life is good in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society Electricity issues are not faced, Power backup is available in the society. The society is on the main road.
Things need improvement
Outside the society there are water loggings that happen on the main roads specially during rainy season. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Sometimes parking issues are faced, parking space is very small.

Good things here
This society is very well maintained as this society is the first project by builder so the maintanance and the construction quality is very good. there is a market right outside the society and connectivity to school and hospital is also very good as they are located within 1 to 2 km radius.
Things need improvement
The draw back of this society is that in the name of amneties there is only a park for children.

The connectivity is very good. cabs,auto and metro can be easily available near the society. people are very good and polite. people mind their own business.

The roads are in very bad condition. the aminities and facilities are not available in the society. there is no space of parking swimming pool. there is no lift in the buildings.

Good things here
The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good. The road quality is maintained by RWA . There are lot of nearby markets and a small market available inside the society there is no seapage or drainage issue faced inside the society, the quality of the walls are good and it is maintained periodically. facilities like outdoor gym is available. There are dedicated parking area alloted to each residents play area and parks are availabe and are accesible for everyone,people in the society are very friendly and coperative the society is small but has got open space areas, it is not congested.
Things need improvement
There is no clubhouse present in the society,they have gym but there are very limited equipements present. There were monkey issues which is faced sometimes, not safe for small kids.

I recently relocated to M2K Aura and couldn't be happier. The apartments are well-thought-out, with modern interiors and high-quality finishes. The project has well-kept common areas, plenty of parking, and a peaceful atmosphere. The gymnasium and children's play area contribute to the overall appeal.
