The building is popular for road connectivity. It is in proximity to NH-24, which provides robust connectivity to Noida and Delhi. However, carbon pollution from the nearby factories is a major concern.

I think Sam Residency is quite strategically located near the railway station and the major commercial hubs are also close to the building. Therefore, it is a very convenient place to live in.

Not only is the apartment spacious, Sam Residency is budget friendly as well. I rented the apartment because it is strategically located and features several amenities such as a clubhouse, multipurpose court, and so on.

Sam Residency was my first choice when I moved to Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. This is because it is very close to the metro station and it is easier for me to commute to work everyday.

The 4-BHK apartment I rented in Sam Residency, Crossing Republik, is quite spacious and comfortable for my family. It is about 2198 sq.ft. with three toilets, and a beautiful balcony. Overall, I am satisfied.
