However, one drawback of the housing society is the limited amenities available to residents. While the houses themselves are well-designed and maintained, the lack of additional facilities such as recreational areas, community spaces, or entertainment options may be disappointing for those seeking a more enriched living experience. Enhancing the range of amenities could significantly improve the quality of life for residents by providing more opportunities for leisure activities and social interaction within the community. Good things here
I'm quite satisfied with my living situation in the society. Having good connectivity with nearby autos makes it easy for me to get around whenever I need to. It's reassuring to know that maintenance is well-managed, and there's enough parking allotted for residents. The fact that garbage collection is done daily is definitely a plus, as it helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the area. And of course, having pleasant neighbors makes living here even more enjoyable. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of such a comfortable and harmonious community.
Things need improvement
Living in a society that's 20 years old and lacks modern amenities can present its own set of challenges. While older communities often have a unique charm and character, they may not offer the same conveniences and facilities as newer developments.

The society's upkeep is commendable, boasting well-maintained facilities. Navigation is effortless thanks to a reliable public transport network comprising buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Conveniently located near bustling markets, essential services, and educational institutions, residents enjoy easy access to all necessities. Additionally, the expansive park provides ample space for children to relax, further enhancing the community's appeal. Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and sense of camaraderie, the community is highly regarded for its friendliness.
Things need improvement
The society's maintenance is good, with no sewage or seepage problems. However, there are no amenities in the society that should be added. Otherwise, everything is okay and well maintained.

Good things here
As a current resident, I am very pleased with living here. The proximity to schools and hospitals is very convenient, and the management is very responsive to any concerns or issues. The people in the community are very good and the society is pet-friendly. It's a gated community with dedicated parking, which adds to the sense of security. Although the cleanliness is just average and the gardens are small, the overall living experience is positive.
Things need improvement
The most significant issue here is that the lifts are not well-maintained, which can be quite inconvenient. While everything else is generally okay, there is definitely room for improvement in various aspects to enhance the overall living experience.

Good things here
The society is generally well-maintained but occasionally experiences dysfunctions. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues related to seepage or leakage. Additionally, the neighbors are very friendly.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is lacking as buses are not available nearby; residents have to go to the highway to catch a bus. Besides a temple, there are no other amenities within the society. The roads need to be well-constructed. I believe there is ample space in the society to develop amenities like a gym and a swimming pool.
