Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are also available in the main road of the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained within the society. The residents are very friendly and cooperative, often celebrating every festival together like a family. Cleaning of the society is very good, with efficient housekeeping services. Facilities like supermarkets, small clinics, vegetable markets, petrol bunks, and medical shops are conveniently located within 100 meters from the society, making it very convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor, with issues like seepage in the walls of bathrooms and some minor issues throughout the society. The water facility is not good because there are ongoing issues with water, leading us to use water tankers within the society. Maintenance charges are expensive within the society. The parking area is congested within the society. Amenities like the gym are not well-equipped, with very small equipment available. The swimming pool is also closed due to water issues within the society.

Connectivity options like cabs and auto-rickshaws are unavailable within the society, leading to inconvenience in transportation. Management issues arise in handling the society's amenities. The construction quality is subpar, with buildings approximately 13 years old, exhibiting external issues such as wall cracks. The swimming pool remains closed due to water scarcity, reflecting insufficient water facilities within the society. Water supply is inadequate, with seepage into the premises further complicating matters. The absence of a borewell exacerbates the issue of insufficient water supply.

I enjoy living in a habitat surrounded by a serene lake, nestled slightly inland with a view of the waterfall. I often visit in the evening to enjoy the peaceful lake view, where many others also gather to relax and unwind. Despite the tranquility, the area remains well-connected with a bus stop and various amenities within a 2 km radius, including supermarkets, clothing stores, grocery stores, and clinics. Maintenance is impeccable, with regular cleaning and garbage collection, and ample common areas for residents to enjoy. We benefit from reliable power backup and abundant water supply. The spacious rooms are flawlessly maintained, with no cracks on the walls and excellent ventilation. Additionally, the community boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, clubhouse, basketball courts, a kids' play area, and a garden.
Things need improvement
Limited buses and poor road quality pose transportation challenges. Maintenance charges seem high compared to facilities provided. Discrimination against bachelors in accessing amenities is evident, causing social disparities within the community.

Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. The community is characterized by friendly, respectful, and responsive residents. Amenities including swimming pools, clubhouses, and well-maintained kids' play areas enhance the living experience. The spacious clubhouse and well-equipped gym cater to residents' recreational needs. Abundant greenery adds to the pleasant environment within the society.

The parking area experiences congestion, and public transportation, although available, is situated approximately 2 kilometers from the society, posing an inconvenience. Outside the society, traffic issues exacerbate the inconvenience for residents.

Drainage cleaning is effectively maintained within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Nearby, within 100 meters of the society, essential facilities like shops are available. Inside the society, there are clinics, and nearby salons, petrol bunks, and restaurants are within walking distance. The parking area within the society is spacious.
Things need improvement
The amenities like the swimming pool are unfortunately not available as it is currently closed and empty. Additionally, facilities such as table tennis and badminton courts are not present in the society. Furthermore, there is a lack of visitors' parking area within the society.

Basic amenities here are top-notch and super easy to access for us residents. We've got water available 24/7, and garbage collection is really efficient � they even collect wet and dry waste separately at specific times. Plus, there's power backup available, which is a huge relief. The folks around here are really respectful and considerate, which makes living here a breeze. And there are tons of facilities and services right within the society. We've got a great sense of community here, with everyone being super sociable and friendly.
Things need improvement
The construction quality here is pretty disappointing; there are so many external cracks in the walls, which is a huge inconvenience. Plus, the cleanliness is never really up to par, which just makes things even more inconvenient for us residents.

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. I vacated the society 5 years ago. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The water facility is good, and garbage collection occurs daily at a particular time. People are very cooperative in the society. The association is very good, and maintenance is promptly addressed; any repairs are immediately resolved in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is 2 kilometers away from the society, making it inconvenient. The construction quality is poor in the society, with cracks on the walls. Additionally, there is no badminton court in the society.
