Good things here

The housing society features a swimming pool, children's play area, garden, and gym among its superb amenities. The metro is close by, and there's good connectivity and simple access to cars and taxis. It's a pleasant neighborhood to live in because everyone there is welcoming and friendly. Conveniently, the train station is only 3 miles away. Travel is easy because to the excellent quality of the roads.

Things need improvement

An annoyance is when cleaning is not done correctly. The lack of a well-functioning elevator is a challenge for residents residing on upper floors. Seepage is another problem in the apartments.

The good quality roads coupled with allotted parking spaces make commuting and parking hassle-free, adding to the convenience of living here. Timely painting maintenance demonstrates a commitment to upkeep, enhancing the overall appearance of our surroundings. The reliable water and electricity supply ensure a comfortable daily life. The proper functioning elevators offer ease of access to our homes. Additionally, amenities such as a community hall and park provide spaces for recreation and socialization, contributing to a sense of community spirit. The residents are also very friendly.

Things need improvement

However, the ongoing construction within the society poses significant challenges, particularly with seepage and leakage issues. This not only affects the structural integrity of the building but also creates inconvenience and discomfort for residents. The average maintenance standards are also concerning, as they may not adequately address the maintenance needs of our community, especially during construction. Furthermore, the absence of modern amenities limits our options for leisure and recreation within the community. While amenities like a community hall and park are appreciated, additional modern facilities could enhance the overall quality of life for residents.

Good things here

Parking for residents is well maintained. Nearby, there are grocery stores, a D-Mart, schools, and a vegetable market. For commuting to the office or going out, autos, buses, and cabs are easily available. holi,diwali,ganpati jese festival celebrtae hoti hai. lift and cctv well maintained hai.

Things need improvement

Bus frequency is not very good. The metro station is about half a kilometer from the society. There is no visitors' parking, so visitors have to park their cars outside. Many residents make improvements to their rooms, which often leads to seepage, leakage, and sometimes cracks. There is no playground, and the garden is very small.

The residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated in the society. Cleanliness is maintained. All modern amenities are available in the society and well-maintained. Water is available 24/7, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage. Local transport is easily accessible, and there is a nearby local railway station. There are no traffic issues near the society.

Things need improvement

Parking is a significant issue in the society as there are limited spaces available, and most residents have 2-3 cars each. There is no inside parking available for visitors. The society does not have a metro station nearby. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high.

CCTV cameras and security guards are available, ensuring safety. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and there is consistent electricity and water supply. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
