Good things here
I have booked my flat in November 2019 and facing a lot of possession issues It will take another 6 months to 1 year to complete the flat work and amenities in the project and materials used are of poor quality.
Things need improvement
1. Delay to handerover the flat 2. Poor quality 3. Water shortage 4. Not responding to customer queries

being a family man i always look for a safe and secure place for my family to live during my absence. And when i saw the listing of this place, i was very excited to look into their security presence. I am very impressed and looking forward to move in.

Not every perosn that dreams of having a great place in the big city comes true, but i was lucky enough that it did for me. i was very sceptical about the investment but after personally visiting the site i was happy enough to make an offer. I am quite happy with my buy.

i am a gym freak and so is my husband, so the best thing that made us invest here is the presence of a good quality gym. they have promised to give us good equipements and all other facilities that is needed for a person to have a good workout. i am definetly looking forward to move in soon.

I will be living in this locality and it has grown nicely. A lot of residences have come up along with the commercial, educational, and workplaces in and around. Lots of open space right in heart of Bengaluru. Excellent location and amenities. Neighborhood is posh and safe. Once the White field metro is ready by end of this year the commutation also becomes easy for the residents to reach the other end of the city. my family will be happy here.

My search for a good home to invest my future in ended when i stumbled upon this site. A friend of my made a investment here and he took me to view this site persoanlly and i can say that i am quite impress with the ongoing project and the way they are making it happen.
