Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Management is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. read more

Water facility is not good; water comes into the tanks, which is inconvenient for the residents in the society. The construction quality is poor, as there are some seepage issues and leaks in the walls of the society. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 5000 rupees. The parking area is congested, and there is no visitor parking area in the society. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. read more

Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the area is cleaned properly. Garbage is collected daily, and 24/7 uninterrupted water and power are available. The lift is always working, and the people are helpful. read more
