Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available outside of the society and also within it. Amenities like only swimming pool are available in the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the societyfacilitie like grocery, super markets, fruiets shops those are available within a walkable distance from the society . Schools are within 400 meters from the society, within a walkable distance.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 5000 rupees. The parking area is congested, and there is no visitor parking area in the society. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society.

Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily at a specific time. The greenery in the society is very good, and people are very friendly and respectable. Facilities like grocery stores, vegetable markets are available within 200 meters from the society. Cleaning of the society is very good, both outside and inside.
The swimming pool is closed, and the gym is not well-equipped in the society. The construction quality is poor due to some leaks in the walls and seepage in the bedroom walls, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society.

There is ample parking space for residents. Construction-wise, we have never faced any challenges; the floors are well-ventilated. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the area is cleaned properly. Garbage is collected daily, and 24/7 uninterrupted water and power are available. The lift is always working, and the people are helpful.
In their society, the road is poor and crumbling, riddled with potholes and cracks. Neglect is evident, and travelers navigate carefully, enduring the harsh reality of their decaying infrastructure.

It's great to hear that there's a 24/7 security system in place, along with CCTV cameras for added safety. Unknown individuals aren't allowed entry without residents' permission, ensuring a secure environment. Location-wise, the community seems conveniently situated, with a bus stop, supermarkets, grocery stores, colleges, schools, and hospitals within a 1 km radius. Having ample parking space is definitely a plus. Maintenance seems top-notch, with daily cleaning and garbage collection, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. The lifts are well-maintained, undergoing servicing every five years to ensure proper functionality. the community offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, play area, basketball court, badminton court, walking track, and garden, catering to various interests and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Pet dogs are allowed in the society, and we can celebrate all family occasions in the society.
