Things need improvement
Living in this society may pose challenges for non-Maharashtrians due to the presence of specific religious groups that dominate the community. Access to amenities is also limited, with the swimming pool often lacking water and the gym being inadequately equipped and subject to extra charges, especially for tenants who may face additional fees. lack of visitor parking and access to the courtyard might be inconvenient for tenants.
