Good things here

Traffic is not a concern near our society, with auto-rickshaws readily available and well-maintained roads. The society maintains cleanliness with 24/7 water supply and regular garbage collection. Our flat is free from leakage or seepage issues. We enjoy access to modern amenities, and the lifts are well-maintained. Residents are friendly, cooperative, and security is efficiently managed through apps.

We urgently need pest control in the society to address the cockroach problem. Unfortunately, we don't have a swimming pool within the premises. Additionally, reaching the metro requires taking an auto as it's not conveniently located nearby.

Good things here

The connectivity is excellent, with various modes of public transport easily accessible nearby, along with essential amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants just a short distance away. Parking space is abundant, and the construction quality of our buildings is commendable, although we do encounter occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Nevertheless, my flat receives ample sunlight, and ventilation is excellent, creating a pleasant living environment. I'm pleased to note that our society is well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collection is punctual, and we seldom encounter any water supply or electricity issues. The drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging, and essential facilities such as lifts, CCTV cameras, and security systems are operational and well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and security. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere within our society fosters a sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. I'm also delighted that our society is pet-friendly, allowing residents to enjoy the company of their beloved pets. Additionally, we have a range of facilities available, including a clubhouse and other amenities, which further enhances our quality of life.

Living in my society offers many conveniences, but it's worth noting that certain amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park are not available on-site. While this may be a drawback for some residents, the surrounding area likely offers alternative options for recreation and fitness activities.

Good things here

The metro and auto are within walking distance. The society is clean. We've been living together for 40 years. We celebrate all festivals together. It's a very spacious society. The lifts are maintained. There is ample parking. The flats are well-ventilated.

The railway station is far from the society. There is a bit of a traffic jam issue near the society. The society is 40 years old, and now the problem of leakage and seepage has started. There are no modern amenities in the society.

Good things here

I absolutely love living in this society. The connectivity is fantastic, with an upcoming metro station, RTO office is nearby, and market is within walking distance. The maintenance is commendable, especially considering the building's age; the management does a great job addressing minor issues promptly. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The amenities are excellent, with a well-maintained community hall where the swimming pool used to be. The people here are incredibly friendly, fostering a strong sense of community and making it a delightful place to live.

While I generally enjoy living here, there are a few downsides. The building, being 35 years old, occasionally has minor seepage issues despite the good maintenance efforts. Additionally, although the community hall is a great addition, I do miss the swimming pool that was replaced. However, these minor drawbacks do not significantly affect my overall positive experience in this society.

There's easy access to various modes of public transportation like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society, making connectivity very convenient. Market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants are all nearby, making daily errands easy to accomplish. The society is well connected to the main road and is always kept clean, with proper hygiene maintained. Garbage collection and pest control are done on time. CCTV cameras are installed for added security. The lifts function properly. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available in the society and are well maintained.

Autos and cabs are readily available near the society, the roads are in good condition with allotted parking, and waste is sorted and disposed of properly. The well-maintained lift with a camera, timely painting, consistent water and electricity supply, good ventilation, and no wall cracks ensure a hygienic environment. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse and grounds are available.

Good things here

The society is one of the oldest and the last ones in Thane with so much of open space and greens. There are huge mango trees and lot of plants and trees which bring in a variety of birds that add to the old-world charm of this place. Shops right below the building and hospitals, schools at walking distance is rare in today's new societies.

The only thing that the society lacks is gym+swimming pool. Ironically this was the only society in Thane that had a swimming pool 30 years ago.

Good things here

The society has excellent connectivity, with grocery and vegetable shops available in the public residence area. There are no issues with water supply, and there's even a mall nearby. The roads are good, and maintenance charges are very low. There's plenty of open space for parking, and there's no problem with garbage disposal as there is a full-time sweeper in the society. The construction quality is good, and this is Runwal's first project. Safety features are well-equipped, and the area is spacious. There's a clubhouse, gym, and two playgrounds for children. There is 24/7 security, and the neighbors are also good.

The society is quite old, built in 1991. There is a slight issue with drainage, and due to the age of the society, there are some problems with leakage as well. Amenities like the swimming pool have been closed because they couldn't be maintained properly.

Good things here

There are multiple schools and big hospitals near by the society and bus services and local transport are also available easily. High security system as 24/7 gaurds and cctv both are available in the society. Socialism is good as all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.

Now the construction has become 45+ years and yeah there are issues regarding the construction and right now it is renovating as well. there is no amenities available in the society only one small club house is there to celebrated the functions. maintenance charges are bit high in the society. cleaniness is not up to the mark and should be improve.
