Good things here
The location of the society, being on the main road, is a major plus point for its connectivity. Maintenance charges are nominal, and garbage is collected and disposed of on time, ensuring the cleanliness of the society. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks are available in the society. There is open space available as well. There are no seepage issues in the society, and the flats have good ventilation and sunlight and connectivity of the society was good, with autos and cabs readily available
Things need improvement
There were no issues and everything was working fine. However, he noted the absence of a nearby metro station as a drawback. He also suggested that there should be more interaction among the residents, with more interactive events being held in the society.

The society's location is excellent for those working in the IT park, offering utmost convenience with easy accessibility to all necessary facilities. The amenities provided are high-class and up-to-date. Since most residents are working, there are fewer interactions.
Things need improvement
A major drawback was the sudden stoppage of water supply without prior notification to the residents, which caused significant difficulty for me at that time.

Living in this society has been an absolute pleasure for me. The connectivity is excellent, with public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible just a short walk away. Having nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants right outside the society adds to the convenience of daily life. One of the standout features for me is the impeccable water quality and supply within the society. It's something I never have to worry about, and it contributes to a comfortable living environment. The construction quality of the society is top-notch, with no issues of seepage or leakage. The maintenance team does an incredible job, ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are always upheld. It's evident that they take pride in keeping the society in excellent condition. Having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids within the society adds to the overall quality of life and provides opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a sense of community and makes it a joy to interact with neighbors. Security is also a priority here, with CCTV cameras installed and regular patrols conducted to ensure residents' safety. The availability of functional lifts, timely painting, and sufficient parking space further enhance the comfort and convenience of living in this society.
Things need improvement
I'm thrilled to rate this society a 9 out of 10. For me, it's truly the best in all ways. I can't think of any improvements needed because everything is just so good. Living here has been an amazing experience, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a well-maintained and welcoming community.

Additionally, there is an adequate supply of water and electricity.

The society does have amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse, but their condition isn't good. They should be well maintained and repaired as needed. Currently, the swimming pool is not operational, and there is no gym. Additionally, there are issues with water supply during summers.

In this society, auto cabs were readily available, especially when there was a vegetable market and grocery stores within the vicinity. Additionally, numerous restaurants and shopping malls in the area ensured that all essential needs were within a 1. 5 km radius, contributing to excellent connectivity. Despite being a prime location with abundant amenities, traffic congestion was not a concern, making commuting hassle-free. The society boasted various amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids play area, all of which were well-maintained and fully functional. Residents were cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together, fostering a sense of community. Adequate parking space, both for owners and visitors, was provided, and cleanliness standards were upheld. Overall, it offered a conducive atmosphere�for�living.
Things need improvement
The water supply in this society relied on BMC water, which could be a concern during the summer months. BMC might have limited water supply during this time, leading to inconvenience for residents.

Additionally, the presence of nearby markets enhances accessibility for daily necessities.

The amenities in the society are lacking, with the gym being poorly maintained and no garden available. Additionally, there's insufficient visitors' parking, which can be inconvenient. During the summer season, there's a shortage of water supply, posing challenges for residents. Furthermore, there's a lack of friendliness towards bachelors among the residents.

Local transport facilities are easy to approach near by the society.Construction quality is good there is no issue regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the modern amenities are there like swimminng pool,club house ,gym,kids play area and garden in the society and eveything is fully fucntional in the society.High security system in the society there is mygated on the entrance.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is there for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities of solar panel and generator are not there in the society.bachelor's are not allowed in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good as local transport was easy to approach near by the society. There are good schools and hospitals near by the society. Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding ssepage. All the modern amenities are available in the society and eveything is well maintained and fully functional. High security system as there are cctv all over areas. Proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities was available for common area only like lifts and common lights. This is family residency and bachelors are not allowed in the society.

The cleanliness in the society was nice, and garbage disposal was done on time. There were no issues with street dogs. Neighbors were helpful and friendly, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

The absence of a nearby metro station was an issue. There were seepage issues in flats that need improvement. Another concern was that although amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available, they were not accessible to tenants.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply or logging issues. Construction quality was also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
Society provides all basic facilities, there is also a gym, but instruments present in the gym are not operational.
