The society features excellent build quality with no leakage or seepage issues. Spacious rooms have proper ventilation. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and park are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection includes waste segregation, and the society is cleaned regularly. There is allocated parking for owners and visitors, 24/7 security with trained guards, and CCTV coverage. Street lights ensure nighttime safety. Water and electricity are available 24/7, with a BMC water connection.
Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society, though a metro station is 4 km away and operational. The railway station is further away, but bus services are accessible nearby. Despite limited direct public transport options, Ola, Uber, auto-rickshaws, and taxis are easily available. Power backup is allocated primarily to common areas such as lifts and lighting.

Maintenance charges are reasonable in our large society, which comprises 1000 flats. We have extensive amenities including a swimming pool, kids pool, clubhouse, gym, football court, tennis court, and a temple, all well-maintained and equipped. The majority of residents are from the IT industry, contributing to a high standard of living overall in the society.
During the evening, the roads outside the society become heavily crowded, leading to traffic issues within the society. The roads are narrow, exacerbating these challenges. The construction of the apartments is aging, necessitating the replacement of older lifts and infrastructure. There are also issues with water supply, prompting the society to implement water tanker facilities to address these concerns.

Connectivity is excellent with a nearby highway, and there are local markets, movie theaters, malls, and restaurants in close proximity to the society. The apartments have spacious and well-isolated rooms. Maintenance charges are reasonable considering the large size of the society, which consists of 1000 flats. The society boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, kids pool, clubhouse, gym, football court, tennis court, and a temple, all of which are well-maintained and equipped. Overall my living experience in the society was really great. There is no issues regarding leakage and seepage,termides pesticides issues in the apartment. Society is on main road so connectivity is great around the society. Spacious parking for owners and visitors in the society.
Maintenance was not that great like swimming pool is not functional and well maintained. Railway station is 12 km away from the society though bus stop is near by the society.

I use personal vehicle and public transport; it is easy to find and travel. Market area is 200-300mtrs walkable distance from the residency, There is a like a mall kind of a market and grocery stores. Society was hygenic and Garbage collection is done on timely basis. I had 2 balconies in my house and we have ample sunlight coming in. Street lights are available. There was Stilt parking available in the premises and visitors parking was available, In the society premises we have temples, garden area for kids to play and open spaces, Gym was functional and well maintained, Lifts were not too spacious and not to small and it was working 24*7.
Nothing comes in my mind, if we talk about betterment or improvement of the society.

Maintenance of the society is good, no issues with Power supply and water supply. Connectivity is good, everything is nearest. public transport, markets sab avaible hai paas mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab hai society mein. People are friendly in society and events are celebrated in society.
Seepage issues, leakage hota tha thoda bohot pehle, lekin ab woh bhi kaafi improve hogaya hai.

Resident of the society were very kind and helpful. surrounding was so neat and clean ,high security system.auto cabs facility available on gate.24/7 water and electricity supply.build quality was great.all the amenities like gym swimming pool ,club house has been provided.
Solar panel connection is given for common area only.power back up facilities are not provided.

Security system of the society was commendable,build quality of the apartment was good. local transport facilities were easily available.
Railway station is not near by the society. maintainance facility can be improve.

All the faciltiites are available near by the society like local transport and essentials.society has the great amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym and everything is operational.allocated parking has been provided for the resident.power back up provided.
Society is great and everything here is working smoothly but visitors parking has not been allocated.

Society is very neat and clean and security system is good. Connectivity of the society is good like local transport facilities available on walking distance.
There were some water logging issues inside and outside the society. There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society
