Good things here
Connectivity in the society is good, with autorickshaws easily available and a market nearby for groceries and daily needs. Maintenance is average; while garbage is collected regularly, cleanliness could be improved. There are no issues with water or electricity supply. The amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, are well-maintained. Additionally, the neighbours are humble and nice, contributing to a friendly community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor, even though there is no seepage. The overall build is pathetic, and this extends to the amenities, which, despite being well-maintained, suffer from poor construction quality. These issues significantly detract from the living experience. However, the society is undergoing a revamp, and these issues are gradually being resolved.

Good things here
I used to live there earlier, and I found the neighborhood very friendly. The connectivity was good with Ola, Uber, cabs, and autos always available, making it easy to get around locally. Maintenance was always taken care of, and there were no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. These made my time here very comfortable.
Things need improvement
The distance to the airport and railway stations was not convenient. It was difficult to reach these places quickly, especially during busy times. This was a bit of an inconvenience. Apart from this, everything else in the society was satisfactory.

Good things here
One road is good, and the other road is a service road that is not good, parking is sufficient, auto and cab availability is easy, the metro is nearby, the lift is functional, the paint is still good even after 5 years, the construction and ventilation are good with no seepage or cracks, amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, CCTV and security are in place, and the society is friendly.
Things need improvement
Garbage segregation is not collected, carpenter work is not good as he charges for everything manually, and wooden work is needed for water leakage, causing the wall to peel.

Good things here
I lived there during the COVID time and found it very convenient with the nearby metro and easily accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Each resident had designated parking with rules followed. There were no seepage or termite issues, and security was proper.
Things need improvement
There were no amenities except a garden. People in the society don't celebrate festivals and events together, and not many programs were used to be organized.

Good things here
Absolutely love living here. The society is very close to the main road. Bus, auto , cabs are available easily. The maintenance charges of the society is low. cleaning and garbage picking is done on time. All amenities were available. People nearby are friendly.
Things need improvement
I like living in our society, but I have a big problem with water seeping into the flats. This issue is causing a lot of trouble. The management needs to fix this quickly to keep the living conditions good for everyone. .

Things need improvement
The club is not well-maintained. Even though all amenities are available, the gym and swimming pool have never been open. Also, the society's connectivity is poor, and there are long wait times for public transport.

Connectivity achi hai society ke pas school, hospital available hai connectivity best hai society me or maintenance services bhi achi ha

Construction quality bilkul bakwaas hai, plaster itna kharab hai diwar gir jati hai, amenities available hai but kuch bhi open nahi hai, bohot saalo me swimming pool open hua hai par uske liye bhi alag se charge dena padta ha

The availability of cabs and auto is very much easier in this society. Neighbors are decent to be with, there is a swimming pool along with good park
Things need improvement
Maintenace is poor of the society, there is seepage and leakage issue along with high maintenance charge for what the work they do, walls are weak.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Metro is available nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Small swimmingpool is available and table tennis is available as amenities. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Paintings are done on time.
Things need improvement
Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Cultural festivals and events are not celebrated together is the society as it is a very small society.

There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available outside at a walkable distance from the society. The Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. The lifts and CCTV are properly working in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available in the society. People are educate, friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is a major issue around the society. Locally there are no public transportations available. Thre are no market inside the society. Swimmingpool has not been started yet in the society.
