I lived there two years ago, and it was a great experience. The location is outstanding, with supermarkets, vegetable markets, and a metro station within a 1 km radius. The road quality is good, with ample street lights and parking space. The amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton courts, walking tracks, and kids' play areas, are impressive. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there's reliable water and power supply. The construction quality is outstanding, providing good ventilation and air circulation. The surrounding community is friendly, cooperative, and celebrates various festivals together.
Things need improvement
Occasional traffic issues around the society impact residents' convenience. Addressing these concerns promptly can improve overall accessibility and enhance the quality of life for everyone.

The metro station is within walking distance from the society. Public transport is easily accessible from the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained. Water is available 24/7. The maintenance charges are justified. The residents are decent and cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The main road outside the society is a two-way road, but one side is always occupied by parked trucks, effectively making it a one-way road. There are also some cracks on the road. Additionally, there is a junction near the society, which causes traffic congestion.

The nearby industrial area can be a bit chaotic, which is occasionally bothersome. Also, I wish the shopping complex was closer for more convenient access to stores and entertainment.
