Good things here
Just outside our gates, there's a wide array of local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to meet our daily needs. The connectivity here is fantastic, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Our society takes great pride in its cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring it's always well-maintained. Timely garbage collection and pest control further contribute to the pleasant living environment. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed, thanks to our efficient management team. Security is tight, with vigilant security guards ensuring our safety around the clock. The availability of well-maintained lifts adds to our convenience. While our construction quality is generally good, occasional issues like seepage and leakage are swiftly dealt with. What truly makes living here special, though, is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents. We come together as a community, making our society not just a place to live, but a warm and welcoming home.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, other facilities and amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available in the society. Additionally, the gym is not maintained properly, which is disappointing. As for CCTV cameras, I'm not entirely sure about their presence and functionality in the society.

Amenities our achi ho sakti hai. maintenace charges kam hone chaiye thode jada hai, electricity bill thoda jada lagata hai mujhe. society ke pass me metri nhi hai dur hai.

Safety is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard providing constant surveillance and peace of mind. Connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and well-maintained roads ensuring smooth travel. Essential services such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making daily errands easy and efficient. Our neighborhood benefits from regular garbage collection with effective segregation of wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. Each resident has a designated parking spot, and strict rules are followed to maintain order and convenience. The buildings are of excellent construction quality, with no seepage or termite issues. Homes are well-ventilated, featuring good plaster and high-quality fittings that enhance the living experience. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free lifestyle. Elevators are installed and diligently maintained for ease of access. The combination of top-notch facilities, reliable infrastructure, and a friendly community makes our neighborhood a wonderful place to live.

There are several issues regarding maintenance within the society. Although painting is done on time, there are ongoing concerns about cleanliness that need to be addressed promptly. The lack of modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse is noticeable, and the existing playground and garden are not well-maintained or available for use. Improving these facilities would significantly enhance the living experience for residents.

Good things here
Society was located on highway so the connectivity was just top notch,every facility were easily approachbale near by the society regarding the transport of other facilities. maintenence was top notch as there were good security system in society and even though proper garbage collection has been done in the society. Allocated space for parking even for visitors as well. All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
There was only one small gym and kids play area for the residents rather than there was no club house and swimming pool in the society. During peak hours there was huge traffic issues around the society.

Good things here
Excellent connectivity because it's connected to the highway, and we can easily find autos. We don't have any problems with leaks or water coming in. The lifts work well, and everyone who lives here gets along. Security is good, and there aren't any traffic problems around our place.
Things need improvement
Don't have a swimming pool, and the gym isn't great � it could be better. It would be helpful to have dividers on the roads outside the society to make it easier to get from one road to another.

All modern amenities are available and well-maintained, and the residents are friendly. The lifts are also well-maintained. There is ample greenery, and water is available round the clock. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there is sufficient parking for residents.

Stray dogs are a significant issue in the society, causing concern for residents. Flats experience problems with leaks, seepage, and cracks, especially during the rainy season. Additionally, there is no indoor parking available for visitors; they must park their vehicles outside.

The society boasts amenities such as a swimming pool and a play area, with a welcoming policy towards bachelors. Lift maintenance is conducted regularly to ensure smooth operation. Convenient access to auto-rickshaws nearby, along with round-the-clock water availability, adds to the convenience of living in the clean and well-maintained society.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the metro station is not conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the society lacks a garden, and flats do not come with balconies, limiting outdoor recreational spaces and private outdoor areas for residents.

Society se market shopping malls sab pas me hai. local transport vehicles sab jaldi mil jate hai. flats me balcony hai. security kafi acchi hai. traffic jam ka koi issue nhi hai society thodi andar side me hai. gym and garden hai. parking achi hai specious hai. pani 24*7 available hai. balconies hai. log kafi decent hai. society kafi clean and hygienic hai.

Thoda air pollution ka problem hai. visitors parking nhi hai. amenities aur acchi ho sakti hai abhi thodi out dated lag rahi hai. thoda our fancy kr sakate hai. buildings old hai us vajaha se leakage ka issue hota hai. swimming pool nhi hai.

Good things here
Water was available round the clock in the society, and cleanliness was well-maintained. Modern amenities such as a gym, play area, and garden were available and well-kept. Pets were allowed, and there was sufficient parking allotted for everyone.
Things need improvement
Public transport options and autos were not available near the society, requiring residents to walk at least 500 meters to find any. The roads outside the society were not maintained well, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season. Significant problems with leaks and seepage were reported in the flats. Unfortunately, the society did not have a swimming pool. Stray dogs were a major issue, with occasional incidents of residents being bitten. However, conflicting opinions among residents about the stray dogs caused additional problems within the society.

Good things here
We left the society, but we still feel like shifting back there. It was such a good society, and we're still in touch with the people there. The maintenance of the society was excellent, with no leaks, cracks, or cleanliness issues. The construction quality was also good, despite the buildings being 18 years old. We really liked the gym there. Festivals were celebrated in the society. There was sufficient parking and open space, making it better than many other societies.
Things need improvement
The society did not have a swimming pool. During the rainy season, the road in front of the society would get damaged, and it had to be repaired as water would accumulate in potholes.
