Living in our society is truly convenient and comfortable. With easy access to transportation, shops, schools, and hospitals, our daily lives are made much easier. The 24/7 water and electricity supply, along with well-functioning street lights, ensure that we always feel safe and secure. Any issues that arise are promptly taken care of, and cleanliness and hygiene standards are diligently maintained throughout the area. The well-ventilated rooms with plenty of sunlight streaming in are a big bonus for our overall well-being. With a reliable security system in place, including guards and CCTV cameras, we can rest assured knowing that our safety is a top priority. Plus, amenities like functional elevators, spacious balconies, play areas, and open walking tracks make living here a joy. And to top it off, our friendly and understanding neighbors make this community feel like home.
Addressing safety concerns such as earthquake preparedness and the absence of emergency staircases in our society is crucial for the well-being of all residents. Prioritizing structural integrity during construction and promptly addressing issues like seepage and leakage can go a long way in ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone living here. It's important to bring these concerns to the attention of the society management or relevant authorities so that necessary safety measures can be implemented to protect the entire community. It's such a relief to live in a place like this. Having a bus stop right outside the society is incredibly convenient, and knowing there's a garden just a short stroll away is a nice bonus. Plus, having a salon and gym nearby means I can take care of both my physical and grooming needs without much hassle. And the fact that groceries and daily necessities are easily accessible makes life so much easier. The low maintenance costs are definitely a blessing too, especially considering all the facilities provided. I also appreciate the well-ventilated flats; it's so important for a comfortable living environment. But what really makes this place special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among the residents. It truly feels like a community here. Overall, I'm grateful to call this society my home.
While the society does have many advantages, it's disappointing to hear about the condition of the roads. Broken roads can be not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous. It's definitely something that needs attention and improvement for the overall well-being and safety of the residents. As for the lack of amenities beyond the clubhouse, it's understandable that this might be a drawback for some residents.

The connectivity in our society is fabulous, with a nearby market and easy access to autos and buses, making it convenient to get around. Maintenance is consistently on time, including regular cleaning and garbage collection, which helps keep everything neat and organized. I'm glad to say we haven't experienced any seepage or leakage issues, thanks to the good maintenance practices here. Plus, our neighbors are friendly and supportive, which adds to the positive community atmosphere. It's a great place to live
It's a bit frustrating that our society doesn't have a lift, which can be challenging, especially when carrying groceries or moving heavy items. Also, the lack of amenities like a gym or swimming pool means we have to look for these facilities elsewhere, which isn't always convenient. These factors do make everyday life a bit less comfortable than it could be.

*The maintenance services of the society were excellent; it remained neat and clean. There was 24/7 security in the society, and besides that, the connectivity of the society was also quite good. Auto cabs were easily available, and the roads were in very good condition, well-maintained without any potholes. Additionally, the society had all basic amenities except for a swimming pool or a gym. However, there were no issues of seepage or termite problems despite the society being quite old. The people in the society were also very friendly and cooperative, and the construction quality was also very good.
During my stay, I found the community quite pleasant. However, as the buildings have aged, a fresh coat of paint would really spruce up the place and make it even more appealing. Repainting is definitely needed to improve the society's appearance.

The society's connectivity with public transport is excellent; buses and auto rickshaws are readily available. Nearby, there are schools, hospitals, and markets, so one doesn't have to go far. Groceries are easily accessible, and all daily essentials are readily available without any hassle in commuting.
The construction quality of the society is not good at all; there is a significant problem with leakage, especially from the sea-facing side. Additionally, the maintenance is very poor; cleanliness is not maintained in the society, and maintenance services are not provided properly. Moreover, the roads around the society are also not well-constructed; they are often broken and in poor condition. There are no amenities such as gardens, swimming pools, or clubhouses, and the people are not very friendly either.

The society's amenities, including the temple, clubhouse, and gym, added to its appeal. Cooperative residents and well-maintained lifts contributed to a positive living environment. Additionally, the consistent water supply and cleanliness standards were commendable.
Residents faced significant drainage issues, particularly during heavy rains, causing overflow problems on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the society lacked essential amenities like a swimming pool or garden facilities, impacting overall resident satisfaction.

The society is 20 years old, and I enjoy living here because my neighbors are nice, friendly, and supportive in times of need. Public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. Each resident has designated parking, and there is consistent electricity and water supply. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are up to the mark.
The Improvements and problems I face my side I would say is that the market is far away and there are no lifts and no amenities except for a small garden and play area in the society.

In maintainence I'm not facing any issue, the maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regular basis garbage collection is done by the society. There is no major issues regarding power cuts, as once in a while power cut happens and that too it comes back within 5 to 10 mins. The society is situated on the main road. The connectivity of the society is amazing as public transports are readily available around the society. The market areas, stores, vegetable market and local shops all are nearby the society. The security system is very good in the society. CCTV cemeras are installed all over the society, there are near about 15 to 16 cameras functional in the society. Open parking space is available, and there are no issues in parking. There is a hall inside the society where festivals and events are celebrated by the people staying in the society.
There is no power backup in the socirety. One think that I want to change is the lifts that needs to be changed, but that is being taken care of, within next 10 days new lifts will be functional. The lifts work in progress. There are no gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in amenities in the society The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the top floors. But things are resolved when complaints are raised.

The lifts in the society are not well-maintained. There are no modern amenities available. The society is quite old, and there are cracks in the walls. There is a traffic issue near the society, and bachelors are not allowed.

The main road is just 700 meters away, making it very convenient. The community is friendly, and the clubhouse, parking, and pool are excellent amenities. Additionally, the society is very well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant living environment.
While the location and community are good, the building's age is starting to show. At 15 years old, the paint is peeling in some areas, which detracts from the overall appearance and feel of the place
