Good things here
Almost no problem in the society and it has a lot of advantages. Connectivity is great. Away from main road makes it more peaceful.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Metro station nearby
Enough parking space

Things need improvement
It's a redeveloping area and a wonderful to be in future, and any development will take time and process. So a lot of construction activities are going on which I believe is temporary.
