Good things here
Daily needs are available, such as nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Parking is alloted for all residents in the society. Enough parking space is available. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Termite and seepage issues did not arise as of now in my flat. The society has got all amenities like gym, club house, play area for kids, garden. People are very educated and understanding in this society. Neighbours offers assistance in terms when needed. Also lot's of festivals and events are celebrated in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. There are elevators available and lifts are very spacious.
Things need improvement
Water supply is an issue in this society, sometimes society didn't receive water supply. Water quality is also not good. Sometimes power cuts happens and power backup is not available. power backup is only available for common areas. There is no metro station nearby the society. Road quality is very bad for which water logging issues happens, road is under construction. Swimming pool is not available in the society. There is a lot of stray dog issues inside the society.

Well-maintained amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids contribute to residents' quality of life. Safety Measures: CCTV services and a properly maintained garden ensure safety and security within the society premises. Friendly and social residents participate in cultural festivals and events together, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Good water quality and proper waste management contribute to a clean and healthy living environment.
Things need improvement
Occasional availability of public transport outside the society, with limited auto-rickshaws and buses, may inconvenience residents who rely on it for commuting. Roads in disrepair pose a risk of accidents, especially for two-wheelers, and local opposition to road repairs exacerbates the problem. Non-functional street lights create safety concerns, particularly at night, potentially increasing the risk of accidents and crime. Rough dumping of garbage and irregular collection contribute to a messy environment and may attract pests or lead to health hazards. Lack of organized parking leads to chaos, as residents park their vehicles indiscriminately, causing congestion and inconvenience. Leakage and seepage problems, along with poor wall quality, indicate potential structural issues that need to be addressed to ensure residents' safety and comfort.

We appreciate the regular garbage collection services, which include effective segregation of wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. Each resident enjoys designated parking, with rules followed diligently, ensuring orderliness within the community. The installed elevators and uninterrupted electricity and water supply further enhance our comfort and convenience. The construction quality of our buildings is exceptional, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation ensures a pleasant living environment. Additionally, the modern amenities available, such as the gym and clubhouse, add to our overall satisfaction with life here.
Things need improvement
While our experience in this society has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. We lack local transport options such as cabs or auto-rickshaws, which can be inconvenient for residents needing to travel locally. Additionally, there have been instances where maintenance tasks, such as painting, have not been carried out in a timely manner, which detracts from the overall appearance and upkeep of the society.

Elevators are reliably installed and maintained, and we have access to regular electricity and water supply. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fitting, ensures a comfortable living environment. Additionally, we enjoy modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Living here is wonderful due to the friendly neighbors, who contribute to a warm and welcoming community.
Things need improvement
Despite the many positives, there are several areas that need attention. The absence of proper roads and lack of public transportation options make commuting challenging. The society has not kept up with painting, giving buildings a neglected look. Some residents do not keep the elevators clean, leading to dirty conditions. Previously, we had issues with seepage and termites, though these have been addressed. Pet issues are another concern, as some owners do not train their pets properly, resulting in them urinating in the society premises. These issues detract from the overall living experience and need to be resolved to maintain the quality of life here.

Our community is very supportive and this is the reason why I enjoy living here, with friendly neighbors who come together to celebrate each festival, fostering a strong sense of unity. The apartments offer proper ventilation, making the living spaces comfortable. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life.
Things need improvement
I see a lot of problems and improvements that can be done regarding this society. Transportation is an issue as the main road is 1. 5 km away, and autos or cabs are not easily available. The road leading to our society is only 10 feet wide, which is problematic. Parking is limited and only available to flat owners, which causes inconvenience. The buildings have not been painted in the last 10 years, leading to a shabby appearance. There are issues with poor plaster quality and general maintenance. Furthermore, the amenities, although present, are not well-maintained, reducing their usability and appeal.

These societies do not experience issues like leaks, dampness, or cracks in walls, thanks to a diligent maintenance team that ensures the buildings are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious with attached balconies, ensuring good ventilation. Amenities such as a gym, playground, and clubhouse are available and kept in good condition. Each owner has two spacious parking slots allocated, with designated visitor parking also provided. There is continuous 24/7 water and electricity supply, including a PNC water connection, which is a significant advantage. The society actively celebrates festivals and events, promoting strong social bonds among residents. Cleanliness is maintained through regular cleaning schedules.
Things need improvement
The main drawback of the society is the limited availability of public transport facilities. Currently, there is no metro in the locality, and the nearest railway station, Pune Station, is quite distant from the society. While bus services are available, their frequency is low, with only a few buses operating in the area

Good things here
There were shops, malls, and restaurants where you could find daily necessities. There were no issues with leaks or seepage in the flat. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated together. Cleanliness was maintained, and water supply was uninterrupted. The lifts were well taken care of, security was good, and there was enough parking. The society had plenty of greenery, and the paintwork was of good quality.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses were not readily available near the society, and Ola or Uber sometimes didn't arrive promptly. The roads outside the society were not well-maintained. Additionally, bachelors were not allowed in the society, and security apps were not utilized for security purposes.

Good things here
You can easily catch Ola and Uber rides in our area, and we have malls, restaurants, and markets nearby. People in our community are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. Our place is kept clean, and the elevators work well. Security is good, and we have lots of trees and plants around, which is nice. The flats have good airflow and sunlight.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not readily available, and the road near the society is narrow, allowing only one car to pass at a time. There's a slight issue of leakage in my flat. The society doesn't have a well-maintained gym or a swimming pool. The water quality isn't great, so we use an RO system for drinking water. Parking space is somewhat limited.

The lack of amenities like a swimming pool, club house, and ATM affects convenience. Connectivity is poor, with the metro 12 km away and autos and cabs not easily available.
