The proximity of hospitals and the metro station provides peace of mind and easy access to essential services and transportation options. Allocated parking for all residents ensures that parking is not a source of stress or inconvenience, and regular maintenance keeps the society clean and well-maintained. The availability of water and electricity 24/7 is a significant benefit, and the good construction quality of the buildings ensures durability and comfort. Proper ventilation and sunlight in your flat contribute to a pleasant living environment, and the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community. Having facilities like a clubhouse, park, and play area for kids within the society adds to the quality of life, while the presence of CCTV cameras and lifts enhances security and convenience.
Things need improvement
Poor road conditions can be inconvenient and potentially hazardous, and it's unfortunate that schools are far from the society, which could pose challenges for families with children. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool and gym within the society may limit recreational and fitness options for residents.

The residents in her society are truly good-natured, coming together to celebrate various cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage issues in sight. Convenience is key with easy access to nearby grocery shops, medical stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Communication networks are reliable, ensuring everyone stays connected. Garbage disposal isn't a problem here either. For those who commute for work, public transport options like autos, taxis, and buses are readily available. Families with kids can enjoy the large park, and parking is never an issue with plenty of space for residents' vehicles. Plus, amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all at residents' disposal, and the elevators and CCTV cameras are in excellent working condition, adding to the overall comfort and security of the community.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society was excellent, making it a truly positive experience. The construction quality was good, and we didn't encounter any issues with garbage. Connectivity was superb, with everything easily accessible. So, honestly, there's no need for improvement.

Proximity to hospitals and a metro station adds to the convenience. Parking space is allotted and parking rules are enforced. High-quality road infrastructure ensures smooth travel. Society is well-maintained and clean, with regular garbage collection. Lifts are available and properly maintained. Enhanced security with CCTV surveillance and security guards. Prompt action taken to address any issues within the society. Good construction quality, with rare instances of seepage or leakage. No waterlogging problems inside or outside the society. Reliable utilities including electricity and water supply. Various amenities such as gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and well-maintained. Friendly and cooperative community atmosphere with no pet-related issues.

I am very pleased with the current state of the society, I don't feel any improvement is required at the moment as society is perfectly fine and maintained.

The construction quality of the society leaves much to be desired, especially considering the persistent seepage issues we've been facing. Dealing with these problems can be frustrating and concerning. Additionally, the maintenance services provided are not up to standard; there are often delays in addressing issues, and it can take a while to get things fixed when needed. It's also disappointing that there's a lack of a sense of community among residents, as having friendly and cooperative neighbors can greatly enhance the overall atmosphere.

The society's maintenance was excellent, and we didn't encounter any issues with seepage or leakage. Amenities like the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Connectivity was fantastic, making everything easily accessible, and public transport facilities like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available for commuters. Nearby, we had everything we needed, from grocery shops to markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. The parking area was spacious, providing ample space for vehicles, and there was even a large park for children to enjoy. The people in the society were genuinely kind, making it a great community to be a part of. Plus, we didn't face any communication or network issues in the area, and both the CCTV cameras and elevators were in working condition, adding to the sense of security and convenience.

The society was well-maintained overall, and connectivity was good, which made life easier. While the flats were beautiful, there's room for improvement in the construction quality. One thing that would really enhance the amenities is adding a clubhouse.

These factors may pose challenges for residents in terms of transportation and access to necessary goods and services.

The security is guaranteed by CCTV cameras and a security officer, and the neighbors are cordial. The property has a designated resident parking area, a local store, a school, and easy access to easily available public transportation like buses, autos, and taxis. The roads are in decent condition, and trash is often picked up. Water is consistently supplied, and elevators are constructed and maintained. The quality of the plaster, fixtures, and ventilation all improve living areas. A playground, fitness center, garden, and swimming pool are among the facilities. There are no leaks, seepage, termite problems, or flaws in the superb structure.
Things need improvement
I don't find anything wrong with society, and I don't see any changes that should be made. Everything is well maintained and cared for, therefore as a resident, I don't have any issues.

Its is a great place to live. It's well-connected, with plenty of amenities and relatively safe. The presence of a police station ensures added security, and the well-lit streets further enhance safety. You'll find various amenities such as schools, hospitals, shops, markets, and commercial establishments nearby. Plus, the sector has good road connectivity and is close to the Noida City Centre Metro Station.
Things need improvement
Living costs are high in Sector 75, and it's densely populated with limited open spaces. During peak hours, congestion is common, and being close to industries can lead to air pollution issues.
