Good things here
I love having nice, friendly, and humble neighbors in our community. The presence of CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard provides a sense of safety. It's convenient that public transport is easily accessible, with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The elevators are well-maintained, and we have 24/7 electricity and water supply.
Things need improvement
However, the society is quite old, nearly 40 years, which has led to poor construction quality, frequent seepage issues, and plaster falling off in some places. Maintenance is lacking, and garbage collection is often mismanaged. There are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool, and since many residents are senior citizens, there's limited social life and no community celebrations.

Good things here
Metro and railway stations are quite near the society. The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. There are no such water logging issues. Electricity is also fine, no issues are faced. People are cooperative and frindly towards their neighbours. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The maintainance is done on time.
Things need improvement
The building is very old for which issues like seepage and leakage isuues are faced in the society. Fittings and plaster quality are not good. There are no amenities available in the society. No parks for kids. There are no CCTV cameras intalled. Paintings are not done regularly. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Good things here
Kharghar is a good and developing place to live, with our apartment benefiting from excellent connectivity. Nearby, there are good schools and hospitals, making it convenient for residents. Transportation options are easily accessible near the society. Cleanliness standards are high, with garbage collection done on a daily basis. The quality of construction is top-notch, with no issues regarding seepage, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed.
Things need improvement
The security system is just average, with only one person hired to take care of the apartment. There's a lack of social activities as no festivals are celebrated in the society. Additionally, being a small society, there are no basic amenities available, and parking space is limited on the premises.

Good things here
Transport service is convenient with a nearby road and train station. Traffic issues are mostly during morning and evening office hours. There is 2-wheeler parking available. The cleanliness is maintained by Panvel Nagar Maha Palika.
Things need improvement
Car parking is not available. The building is old and there are no amenities. Water shortage is a problem, with water available for only 2 hours in the morning, and the timing is not fixed.
