Inconsistent security personnel: Frequent changes in guards disrupt familiarity and trust between residents and security staff, potentially compromising security measures. Lift maintenance issues,While the lifts are mostly in good condition, recurring problems indicate a need for more thorough maintenance to prevent inconvenience to residents. Seepage and leakage problems,persistent issues with seepage and leakage not only affect the aesthetics of the building but also result in additional expenses for residents, impacting the overall quality of living. The residential area was meticulously maintained, ensuring there were no leaks and the water supply remained consistently dependable, with no reported problems. Efficient management of water resources and waste disposal facilitated smooth operations. Ample parking facilities comfortably accommodated all residents, while a large park offered a generous playground for children. The community had a welcoming and inclusive vibe, marked by the friendliness of its inhabitants. Enhanced security measures, including surveillance cameras and well-kept elevators, increased safety within the premises. Additionally, residents had reliable access to communication and internet services.
Things need improvement
There was no issue with anything; everything in the society was well-maintained and kept up. The people of the society were also friendly and cooperative.

Public transport bohot achhi hai. nearby auto ,cab,metro sabkuchh milti hai. markets,malls bhi hai. garbage collection on time thi. lift bhi achhi chalti thi. ventilation proper dia hua hai. amenitis sare hai and proper well maintained hai. people bohot achhe hai.
Things need improvement
Maintanance aur thoda improve ho sakti hai. society ki beutification bhi jarurat hai. baki society bohot badiya hai. top notch hai price range ke hisab se.

Central lone garden front facing hai. market area nearby hai. people bohot helpful hai. featival sare celebrate hoti hai. amenitis sare hai like swiming pool, clubhouse,gym, parking slot sab well maintaine dhai. garbage collection daily hoti hai.

Flats lene ke bad dubara plumbing ka kam karana pada, kiunki pipeline bohot purana hogaya and leakage hoti thi. old flats hone ke karan seepage ka problem bhi hai.

There are no such good things in that society. the location is good though and the people are celebrating all the festivals together

Connectivity is very poor.no school,no hospital nearby. construction quality is bad,leekage issue,they are facing seepage issue,building quality is very old
