Good things here

The cleaning in our society is absolutely perfect. Maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. We never face issues with water logging. The monthly maintenance fee is _3000 for a 3BHK. There's a metro station within walking distance. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden are available in our society. Public transport like autos is right in front of the society. We celebrate all festivals like Holi, Diwali, and New Year. Malls and markets are easily accessible nearby. The construction quality is good, and ventilation is excellent, so we haven't faced any problems. Both uncovered and covered parking are available in our society.

Things need improvement

Dry and wet garbage are not separated; garbage is often left near the gate. People without parking space sometimes use our parking, causing occasional congestion. Parking on the road is also an issue here. If waterproofing is not done, there can be leakage issues.

Good things here

Having my own personal vehicle was convenient, given the ample parking space provided within the society. The well-maintained roads outside further facilitated smooth commuting. The cleanliness of the society added to its appeal. I didn't encounter many issues with the lifts, as they were well-maintained. The presence of balconies in the flats was a definite advantage, enhancing the living experience. Overall, I found the people to be quite friendly and pleasant.

Things need improvement

The society lacked designated parking for visitors, requiring them to park their cars outside. Additionally, there were intermittent issues with water supply, particularly during summers when it was available for only 2 hours a day. The swimming pool was non-operational, and the gym facilities were not up to date. Lack of a garden and poorly ventilated, small flats further detracted from the living experience.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. There is no issues faced regarding electricity. Society is properly maintained and regularly garbage collections are done on time. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. CCTV is avilable and functional. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available.

Things need improvement

The road condition is very poor, with numerous potholes causing water logging, making it challenging for residents to navigate. Additionally, street lights on one side are non-functional, further compromising safety, especially at night. Unfortunately, parking space is only allotted to half of the residents, leading to congestion and inconvenience for those without designated parking. Proper waste segregation is not practiced, as dry and wet waste are not collected separately, contributing to environmental concerns. Despite having two elevators, maintenance issues often render one elevator non-functional, causing delays and inconvenience for residents. Resident concerns and issues take a significant amount of time to be addressed, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction within the community. During summers, there is a shortage of water supply, necessitating the use of tanker water, which often has poor quality. The construction quality of the society is subpar, resulting in frequent seepage and leakage issues, along with inadequate plaster and fittings. Internal repairs are solely the responsibility of residents, as the society does not provide any solutions or assistance. Amenities within the society are insufficient compared to the number of residents, leading to overcrowding and limited access. The lack of pet rules contributes to cleanliness issues, as residents often fail to properly manage pet waste, resulting in a dirty environment within common areas.

Living in our society offers unparalleled convenience and comfort. Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are abundantly available just outside, ensuring seamless connectivity to the rest of the city. Within a mere 300 meters of the society, I have access to everything I need � markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants. The amenities within the society, including the gym, swimming pool, club house, and park, cater to my recreational and fitness needs, while timely garbage collection and proper waste disposal practices maintain a clean and hygienic environment. I never have to worry about mobile network issues, and the absence of waterlogging problems around the society ensures smooth movement even during heavy rains. The society's upkeep is top-notch, with timely paintings and meticulous cleanliness being a norm. Moreover, the vibrant community spirit is evident in the celebration of cultural events and festivals, with friendly and welcoming neighbors.

The society's maintenance is excellent, with a focus on hygiene and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats, thanks to the good construction quality of the buildings. The rooms are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight throughout the year, and the doors and windows are of high quality. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids are available and well-maintained. The community actively celebrates cultural events and festivals, fostering a friendly atmosphere among residents. CCTV cameras are installed and operational throughout the society, enhancing security. Security guards are present and reliable. The lifts are properly maintained for convenience. Network issues are not a concern, and timely painting of the buildings is carried out to keep everything looking fresh.

To address chaos in the parking area caused by random parking of two-wheelers, clearer parking rules and regulations can be implemented, along with enforcing designated parking areas and penalizing unauthorized parking. Proper waste segregation is crucial for effective waste management; implementing a system with multicolored bins for segregating different types of waste can promote environmental sustainability and proper waste disposal practices within the society. Seepage and leakage issues, often indicators of underlying construction quality and maintenance problems, can be mitigated by improving plaster quality and addressing construction deficiencies.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Lift is available. spacious balcony is available The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. The society has got open spaces and it is very spacious. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space was good for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheelers in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.

Good things here

Society is highway connected. construction quality was up to the mark since no leakage issues faced. though buses autos were accessible from the society there were no traffic jam issue on the roads. Market hotels restaurants everything is nearby. security is up to date since they use apps for security. landlords were very understanding. gym and swimming pool is present in the society. water supply is for 24*7. neighbours were friendly.

Security was very efficient. buses and autos were available in front of the society gate. society was fully maintained in terms of cleanliness. society ka sara area rat me properly lit up raheta tha. landlord cooperative the. society bachelors friendly thi.

There was no metro station near to the society while living there. schools and colleges were not near to the society. I can say market was only 60% accessible from the society. water supply was main concern, enough drinking water was not available. we used to bring cans of water to drink. apps were not in use for security.
