Good things here
Nice, Calm, Airy and Beautiful view. Third floor with lift. Close to main road, 5 min to Metro, Less than 30 min to Sahar Airport, Close to L&T Junction, Powai, SEEPZ, JVLR, Aarey, Saki Naka, Chandivali, Andheri CBD areas, well connected to travel to Western and Eastern Express Highways. Great for small families (3-4 people) who wish to take it on long lease (3+ years).
Things need improvement
Nothing in particular. 1 Garage parking is provided, additional car in Open parking or you can request from empty covered parking slots.
