The positive atmosphere in our society truly fosters celebrations and togetherness among residents. It's heartwarming to see everyone coming together to celebrate and support one another, creating a strong sense of community and belonging.

Taking a dip and enjoying some leisure time there really enhances the overall enjoyment of living here. Additionally, I'm thrilled that the gym area is well-maintained. Having an on-site gym makes it incredibly convenient for me to stay active and fit without having to travel far.

It's crucial that these concerns are addressed promptly and effectively to ensure everyone's peace of mind. Functional lifts are also vital, especially in multi-story buildings like ours. When lifts are not in proper working condition, it not only inconveniences residents but can also pose significant safety risks. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Salon is also available. Greenery is amazingly maintained. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Ventilaton is also good. There are no stray dog issues faced in the society.

In my society, we're facing some significant challenges. The seepage leakage issue is quite severe, and it's causing a lot of inconvenience and potential damage to the infrastructure. Additionally, the absence of lifts is a major concern, especially for residents living in higher floors or with mobility issues. Although cleanliness is being maintained, the absence of security guards is worrying, as it leaves our society vulnerable to security threats. Having proper security measures in place is crucial for our safety and well-being. Furthermore, the lack of amenities like a clubhouse and parking facilities makes it challenging for residents to enjoy leisure activities and find convenient parking spaces.

In my community, I'm fortunate to have good connectivity, with autos readily available whenever I need them. It's such a relief that garbage collection happens regularly every alternate day, keeping our neighborhood clean and hygienic. I'm grateful that we don't face any construction-related issues like leakage or seepage, ensuring our homes are safe and secure. With all these modern amenities at our disposal and cooperative residents who care about our neighborhood, I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Despite the positives within our community, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The roads outside our society are unfortunately in poor condition, which can make travel challenging and even hazardous at times. Additionally, the lack of regular cleaning staff within our society leads to poor maintenance of cleanliness, which is concerning for the overall well-being of our community. These issues are important to address in order to ensure the continued comfort and safety of all residents.

The parking area within the society is spacious. The city is characterized by its spacious, calm, and pollution-free environment. Security measures are effective, particularly during the night. Maintenance charges in the society are considered reasonable.

Maintenance charges in the society are indeed expensive, and the water facility is not up to par. The water solely depends on the tank, and unfortunately, the quality of water from the tank is not satisfactory. Additionally, there is a significant amount of dust present in the society, which needs to be addressed.

The connectivity of the society was excellent. Public transport like auto cabs, buses, and services like Ola and Uber were readily available around the society. The roads in the society were well-constructed and remained intact without any potholes. Additionally, schools, hospitals, and other amenities were easily accessible nearby. The residents of the society were also very friendly and helpful. I never encountered any problems�with�anyone.

,The construction quality of the society was not very good. My flat had issues with seepage and water leakage, which I had to face quite a bit. Besides, there were no amenities in the society, and the ones under construction were also halted. The construction work was incomplete, and there were no amenities available. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was not good either. I feel that it should have�been�improved.

I'm pleased that there are no issues with seepage or leakage inside the buildings, indicating good construction quality.

Living here during the lockdown isn't recommended due to issues with disputed property, electricity connection problems resolved by generators, and lack of amenities such as security guards or CCTV. There's also a significant pending electricity bill ranging between 2 to 2. 5 crores. Additionally, few neighbors were present as most residents were owners, totaling around 10 to 20 individuals.
