The society is well-equipped with essential amenities and services. The construction quality appears to be good, as there are no issues with seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Having amenities like a swimming pool, parks, and play areas for kids, along with well-maintained lifts and open spaces, enhances the quality of living. Additionally, performing pest control on time contributes to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Things need improvement

Nearby amenities like local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are not easily accessible. The roads outside the society are in poor condition, making transportation difficult, especially since public transport options are limited. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the society is a challenge, as garbage collection is often not done on time, leading to sanitation issues. Additionally, the water supply is unreliable, causing disruptions in daily activities.

Things need improvement

The maintenance of the society is severely lacking, with cleanliness and hygiene not being adequately maintained. Services related to maintenance are also subpar. CCTV cameras and lifts suffer from inconsistent maintenance, leading to occasional malfunctions. A major concern is the poor quality of water supply, which primarily consists of tanker water that is dirty and of inferior quality.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity was quite satisfactory, with routes linked to highway. Traffic was manegable. Market area is present nearby. Maintenance quality is also fine, with timely resolution of any possible issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse were available and well maintained. Residents were friendly and cooperative. The society premises had a lot of greenery around.

Construction quality was average with minor seepage issues on the walls. if possible please suggest the stuff to repair it.

Good things here

Location badiya hai society ka. Maintenance - saaf safai sab achha hai. Power back up bhi hai. No seepage issues in flats. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab well maintained hai society mein. Neighbours bhi bohot acche hain , pata hi nahi lagta ke rehte bhi hain pados mein. Festivals are celebrated in society together. Peaceful atmosphere hai society mein that I like the most, because we live on 18th floor.

Good things here

Getting around from the society is easy enough, with cabs and auto-rickshaws nearby. The upkeep of the place is decent, and we don't have problems with water or electricity. Plus, there's a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for everyone to use. The folks here are nice, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together.

The construction quality is not up to par, as there are problems with seepage and leakage. The plaster and fittings on the walls are also just average. The elevators are old and need replacing, causing a lot of inconvenience. Additionally, the water quality is poor, with a salty taste. Fire safety measures are lacking and not well maintained. Overall, the amenities are also not well taken care of.

Good things here

The building is quite old, but the connectivity is outstanding, with autos, cabs, and Uber readily available. The market area is nearby, which is convenient. While I don't interact much with my neighbors due to being away at the office most of the time, all the society residents come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a sense of community.

Due to poor construction quality and significant issues with seepage and leakage, I am planning to move out of this society. Additionally, frequent power cuts and water supply shutdowns for cleaning purposes are major inconveniences. Moreover, the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not maintained properly, further adding to the dissatisfaction.

Society main facilities sab ku6 bohot hi badiya chalti hai jeseki swiming pool,club house,parking area ,play ground. log yahaki bohot hi badiya hai.
