Good things here
Excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. Connectivity is good with accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and well-maintained roads. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets offer convenience, and designated parking is available for each resident. Rules are followed diligently, ensuring order. Reliable electricity and water supply are guaranteed. Neighbors are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a supportive community atmosphere. Security guards are present, and elevators are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection is also a standard practice.
Things need improvement
The society lacks essential amenities such as a gym, garden, swimming pool, play area for children, and clubhouse, which limits recreational and social opportunities for residents.

Good things here
Maintenance in the society is excellent, with cleanliness and upkeep being well-maintained. Garbage collection is timely. Neighbors are friendly and supportive, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Ample parking is available for both residents and guests. Auto rickshaws are easily accessible to the residents, enhancing convenience for transportation.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Security measures are inadequate. The construction of the buildings appears dated, detracting from the overall appearance.

Good things here
There was ample allotted parking, and the lifts were well-maintained. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. The residents were decent, and public transport and the market were easily accessible. Festivals were celebrated within the community.
Things need improvement
As our community reaches its teenage years, we're starting to notice some construction-related quirks cropping up. It's a bit of a bummer that we don't have cool modern perks like a gym or a garden around here.
