We have thorough safety measures in place, with 10 security guards and CCTV cameras covering each block, along with night patrols for added security. Essential amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and shopping malls are nearby, making the location convenient. Good road quality, functioning street lights, ample parking, and reliable transportation options like cabs and Uber make commuting easy. Recreational facilities such as swimming pools, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, walking tracks, community halls, gardens, and children's play areas enhance residents' quality of life. Maintenance is top-notch, with no issues regarding water, power, or lift functioning. The friendly and cooperative community fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents, promoting a positive living environment.
Things need improvement
Traffic jams are a big problem in our daily lives, making us late, polluting the air, and making us all annoyed. The roads are too full, the infrastructure isn't good enough, and there are more and more cars every day, making it hard for us to get around smoothly.

The construction quality within the society is lacking, as evidenced by seepage issues in bathrooms and bedrooms. Residents also face inconvenience due to the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court. Furthermore, the parking area is notably congested, adding to residents' challenges.

Surrounding residents are friendly and engage in meaningful interactions.

Building maintenance is efficiently managed by a team of six housekeeping members who ensure proper cleaning and efficient door-to-door garbage collection. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lift maintenance is excellent, ensuring smooth operation. Despite its age, the building is well-constructed with well-ventilated rooms. Amenities such as a community hall and children's play area further enrich the living experience for residents.

The road within the society is narrow, and parking congestion is a bit inconvenient for residents.

The major advantage of this society is its excellent maintenance. If residents raise any complaints regarding plumbing or electricity issues, they are promptly addressed. Additionally, there are no water supply problems, and the society has excellent power backup options. Within a 1 to 2km radius, there are convenient grocery stores and supermarkets. Parking is not an issue, and there is a well-maintained play area. Furthermore, the quality of construction is good, with only minor leakage issues.

Residents are experiencing difficulties and inconvenience due to the narrow roads near the community when they travel.

The association is not good in the society. Broadband services are not available in the society; there is no internet connection. Broadband services are also not allowed in the society. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are not available nearby, within 1 km from the society. Ventilation is average in the society. It is an old building.

Approximately 200 to 250 families reside here, enjoying the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents. The maintenance of society is commendable, with timely garbage collection and cleaning services. There are no issues with the water supply. While the constructions within the society are aging, only minor issues are present. The society has good amenities, including ample parking options, well-functioning elevators maintained regularly, and security guards ensuring residents' safety.
Things need improvement
This society lacks major modern amenities such as a community hall, gym, or swimming pool. Additionally, the celebration festivals are also not noteworthy in this society.
